What an amazing experience! I can't recommend this tour more. Jason is a great guide with a LOT of knowledge about the area and we got to see some really beautiful islands and animals. Plus they were both very kind and understanding when we unexpectedly had to rebook. We had a wonderful time and will be recommending this excursion to all of our friends!
Brilliant tour with informative, friendly guides in a safe set up suitable for well behaved children 5+. Debs was so knowledgable and we even saw a whale in the bay, not advertised as part of the tour but a lucky fluke we much appreciated!
We were looking for something to do on the second of two days in Lunenberg and stumbled upon this trip by chance while looking at Google maps. We were so glad we booked it - it was the highlight of our trip to Nova Scotia. Deb took us out with six other people in one zodiac, while Jason took another group in a second zodiac. Deb started by giving an appropriate and necessary safety briefing, which made me feel the trip was properly thought-out and well-organised. We saw lots of seals, seabirds and a bald eagle, and landed on one of the islands where Deb very knowledgeably told us about the native sealife and plants (including plants that could be eaten). On return, we were all treated to lemonade and a snack, which was a nice finishing touch.
Deb and Jason are great. Super knowledgeable. The setting is gorgeous. Their hospitality is great. We had a very enjoyable and interesting morning on the water. Loved it.
A unique experience that our family enjoyed! Our guide, Deb, was very knowledgeable about the wildlife, water and geology of the area. Highly recommend! It was the highlight of Lunenburg for us.
This was a fantastic experience. You will feel safe being on the water and land. And while you cannot control the weather we lucked out with brilliant sunshine and soft breezes. Jason and Debbie are experienced with a trove of knowledge and stories. Geology, horticulture, species are comfortable topics to discuss describe and show. This was so worth it and it’s a must recommend.
The tour was great. Deb was so knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.
Very interesting! Too bad I didn't understand everything. Lots of content!
This is an educational and amusing experience for the children.the guides were very nice and very well informed.
