This was basically a private excursion we got picked up from our hotel just me and my partner taken to the location and on the buddies just the two of us not in a group which was so lovely. Then we stopped for some tea and bread with honey and olives and then stopped to take photos and then back to our car Home. One wonderful experience and very fun, would do again. Our two guides were lovely as well.
A great experience with Fox Quad Marrakech! We loved our 2-hour buggy ride, with magnificent landscapes and a lot of fun throughout the route. We had unfortunately received a wrong meeting point indicated by our GPS, but our driver came on foot to meet us to find us. A truly appreciable attention that testifies to his kindness and his professionalism. The ride was very well organized, with a little tea break and a photo break that allowed us to fully enjoy the experience and capture these beautiful moments. 📸🍵 We had an excellent time and highly recommend this activity!

Superb buggy ride, Abdou is very professional and took beautiful photos during the excursion (buggy, photo breaks, tea break). My boyfriend and I are delighted with this excursion in the heart of the Palmeraie desert!! I recommend it 200 percent.

Very disappointing experience regarding the organization of the transport. The meeting place and time were respected on our side, yet the driver never showed up for the outbound trip. After contacting the manager, he first indicated that my reservation was scheduled for the next day, before finally saying that the transport had left without us due to a number error. I did not see any vehicle on site, however. We therefore had to manage on our own and pay for a taxi out of pocket for 2 people to reach the activity, even though this situation was absolutely not our fault. Once we arrived late, someone was waiting for us only because the scheduled group had already left. Unfortunately, the problem occurred again on the return: the transport left once again without us and without any assistance from the manager. We had to look for a taxi in an area where it is very difficult to find one and pay for the return trip out of pocket a second time. The manager had promised to cover the costs, which was never done. The activity itself was fine, but the entire experience was ruined by catastrophic transport management and a total lack of professionalism and support. Being left abandoned twice and having to manage everything on our own is unacceptable.
