Basically we like Hop-On | Hop-Off tours very much and do them almost always. 1. we had sought advice from the seller. He assured us after several requests that it is a 24-hour ticket and the ticket starts with the first scan on the bus. Example. Saturday, 12:00 first scan - the ticket is until Sunday, 12:00 valid. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Which costs us half a day paid tour. 2. the booked river trip we found a bit short from the route 3. on Saturday the European Championship football match took place in Berlin - for this reason there were additional diversions for the buses, which we fully understand. However, this meant that some stops were no longer approached and certain points could no longer be viewed while driving past. But unfortunately there was only a little information about the headphones during the trip that there is a detour - we found it a pity that the AudioGuide was then no longer offered at all and also that the seller did not inform us about it the day before and also on the day itself no information came from the staff or there was simply nowhere any information about it. This would have made it easier for us and many others to plan for the weekend and also not ensured that we 'lost' half a day of hop on - hop off, as well as only being able to use a third of the offer at our travel time. Danke für diese Info. Unsere Tickets gelten grundsätzlich 24 oder 48 Stunden, also auf jeden Fall ab dem ersten Einsteigen bis zur selben Zeit am nächsten Tag. Leider kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen, warum Sie meinen dass das nicht so wäre? Die Sperrungen zur EM sind für uns alle sehr ärgerlich und tun uns sehr leid obwohl diese natürlich nicht unter unserer Kontrolle sind. Wir haben Infos darüber auf unserer Webseite unter 'Service Info'. Leider gibt es immer wieder kurzfristige und unvorhersehbare Sperrungen, leider ein Fakt in Hauptstädten...
If you’ve got a couple of days in Berlin this is a great way to see all the sights. The staff were all very helpful. We especially enjoyed the walking tour led by Roman. He was able to give a personal perspective from growing up in Berlin. The guide on our evening tour was very friendly and informative too. The recorded commentary on the bus was interesting. The boat trip gave a different perspective on the city. I was travelling with a recent injury so this was the only way I could enjoy the city. For us this trip was great value for money.
