Itinéraire
Ce château emblématique de Transylvanie est un exemple incroyable de l'architecture gothique dans cette région d'Europe. Avec le guide expérimenté, vous découvrirez chaque recoin du château et apprendrez l'histoire et les légendes du château, développées depuis 500 ans. Dans tout le château, préparez-vous à monter environ 100 à 200 marches et un total de 1 à 2 miles tout au long de votre visite. Si vous le souhaitez, profitez de 15 minutes de temps libre pour faire des achats de souvenirs ou acheter des collations dans les boutiques proches du château.
Ensuite, nous serons en route pour Alba Iulia pour commencer la prochaine étape du voyage. Nous visiterons la Citadelle d'Alba Iulia, une forteresse Vauban où nous découvrirons 2 millénaires de l'histoire de la Roumanie en marchant dans les ruelles et les places à l'intérieur. Dans la citadelle, nous visiterons l'église orthodoxe et la cathédrale catholique ainsi que les ruines romaines. Nous admirerons les imposants bastions et ravelins du fort ainsi que les portes magnifiquement sculptées de l'époque baroque. Nos clients auront encore 15 minutes de temps libre pour prendre un café ou parcourir les souvenirs sur la place principale de la citadelle. Pendant votre séjour à Alba Iulia, les clients peuvent également choisir de s'arrêter pour le déjeuner (à leurs frais) et choisir parmi une gamme de restaurants qui servent des plats roumains et internationaux.
Sur le chemin du retour à Sibiu, nous ferons un détour par les villages traditionnels situés au pied des montagnes près de Sibiu. Le premier village sera Sibiel, un charmant village rural qui a conservé son architecture traditionnelle et son caractère pastoral.
Nous continuerons notre balade dans la campagne transylvanienne en passant par Orlat, Poplaca et Rasinari. Avant d'atteindre le village, nous nous arrêterons sur la colline où s'ouvre un beau panorama sur le village et les montagnes des Carpates. Nous pourrons voir les hautes crêtes des montagnes Fagarasi ou les sommets boisés des montagnes Sibiu

Absolutely enjoyed our time touring Romania with Florin. We spent 4 days with him. The itinerary was a great mix of historical sights, local restaurants, castles, beautiful scenery, incredible villages, cities & citadels. We traveled comfortably in his large, clean van. He took care when driving, as I suffer from motion sickness. I appreciated his thoughtfulness. I also appreciated him recommending restaurants that were somewhat familiar/friendly to our United States palates. Admittedly I am a picky eater but we did try some local dishes as well. He had an itinerary but also listened to us. We didn't have to stick to a tight schedule, he gave us suggestions based on traffic, crowds etc... but ultimately let us decide based on our interest level and overall feeling at the time. As a local, Florin is a wealth of knowledge about Romanian history and culture. I encourage you to take the time while driving, to ask as many questions as you can. You'll learn so much about everyday life in Romania (past and present). Florin is a great guy, punctual, trustworthy, friendly and professional at all times. We absolutely recommend his services to anyone and everyone. It made our trip to Romania so easy. I didn't have to think about a thing, it was all done for me. I just got to enjoy. WONDERFUL!!

We did this day trip with Florin and had a good experience. Corvin Castle was interesting and Florin was very well versed in the history of the castle and area. Same with Alba Lulia. Well worth it to be able to sit back, be driven and see all the scenery.

An incredibly varied and eventful day trip to particularly imposing buildings in the Sibiu area. Corvin Castle is very fascinating and Alba Iulia impresses with its incredible size and variety of a historic square. And our guide Florin not only took us to all the special places, but also thrilled us with his descriptions of history and life in his home country today. And all in complete serenity - without ever looking at the clock!
Amazing experience. The travel guide just made it better with all his knowledge of history and also what made it the beat was being able to by home made cheese and sausage from a small village
It was a great trip. Florin was very informative, giving us the impression that there was no question he couldn’t answer. He was very attentive to us, especially since I have slight difficulty with climbing stairs, and he made every effort to accommodate all our needs.
