Laissez la ville derrière vous et passez une journée à explorer la campagne Anglaise à son charme le plus grand. Nous commençons par une visite du palais de Blenheim, ville natale de Sir Winston Churchill et chef-d'œuvre de l'architecture baroque. Vous aurez le temps d'explorer les grands intérieurs, de flâner dans les jardins paysagers et de découvrir l'histoire et la beauté de ce site classé au patrimoine mondial. De là, nous roulons dans les Cotswolds et arrivons dans la ville historique de Burford. Connu pour ses bâtiments en pierre dorée et sa rue High Street en pente, Burford est l'endroit idéal pour déjeuner dans l'un de ses pubs traditionnels. Notre dernière étape est Bibury, souvent décrit comme l'un des plus jolis villages d'Angleterre. Vous aurez le temps de flâner le long de l'emblématique Arlington Row, d'admirer les chalets au bord de la rivière et de profiter du charme qui rend ce village si spécial. Il s'agit d'une visite détendue, conçue pour les voyageurs qui veulent découvrir les Cotswolds à un rythme doux avec de beaux paysages, une histoire riche et beaucoup de moments dignes de photos.

Pause déjeuner : Burford • Arrivée à Burford pour le déjeuner avant 13h30. • Profitez d'un repas assis dans l'un des pubs ou cafés locaux, tels que The Bay Tree ou The Bull.
Découvrez le charme médiéval de Burford avec une promenade sur Burford Hill et une visite de l'église historique de St John the Baptist. Parcourez les boutiques pittoresques de High Street, pour une expérience confortable de salon de thé, arrêtez-vous au Huffkins Café & Tea Room ou au The Priory Tearooms pour de délicieux rafraîchissements.

This trip was special, not only because of the places we visited but also thanks to our guide Beth. We were picked up from our hotel, which makes all things easier. First stop was Blenheim Place. we took guided tour of Duke's private chambers. To tell the truth, this place has a lot to offer and we could spend there additional 2-3 hours. Next we had a lunch in very nice restaurant in village called Burford. Followed by visit to beautiful village Bibury and Minster Lovell where are ruins of a medieval estate. The big plus of trip like this is that we could visit places where big busses are simply not allowed. Once again, I would like to thank Beth for a memorable day.
Wonderful day trip from London with Beth our friendly and knowledgable driver to Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds . Beth was very adaptable to our suggestions for a side trip to Jeremy Clarkson’s pub The Farmer’s Dog for lunch. Very excited to do this. Also appreciated her choice of stops in the Cotswolds. Beth was a very good guide and we spent a lovely day with her at Blenheim and touring the Cotswolds. She took us to a lovely restaurant for lunch and spent much of the day giving us a true feel of the Cotswolds area. We were not interested in just being dropped off at shops for an hour here and there but wanted to see the villages and countryside. Thank you for a very enjoyable view into your lovely country.

Beth gave us an individualized and in-depth tour of the Cotswolds. She focused on what we really wanted to do and set up a wonderful place to have lunch and plenty of time to shop and enjoy the area. We were provided with tons of history and information in the comfort of her private car. This was our last day in London and it was such a nice break to get out to the countryside and experience that aspect of the area without having to be crammed into a bus full of people..well worth every cent.

We had a great experience with Beth at the drive. She is an excellent driver, with an open attitude to let you enjoy the wonderful trip to Bethleheim palace and the Costwolds.
