We went on the stadium tour today and it was truly an amazing experience. Our guides, Mark and Phillipa, did a fantastic job! Mark was incredibly inclusive, funny, and fantastic at engaging the whole group. He made everyone feel welcome and involved from start to finish, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the tour. His energy and sense of humour really made the experience extra special. We definitely felt that we got great value for money – lots of interesting information, plenty of time for photos, and a well-organised tour throughout. Following a long train journey from Norfolk the birthday tour for one of my grandsons was the icing on the cake for all of us . The 75 minutes was full of interesting experiences seeing one of my family who is keen fan in awe was worth every penny The tour guides Tim and Sanjit were very knowledgeable and made the day incredibly memorable also due to problems with the train journey a thanks to Henry at tour admin who rescheduled our visit and ending in the city store to get those gifts and helpful staff filled the day off

The group is not too big, so you can see everything well. You really get the time to look around and take pictures. It is told in a fun way, this makes you experience the Manchester City feeling even more!

Ian L (a former footballer himself) and Martin were absolutely Fabulous!!!! They were interactive and passionate about the team and the stadium!!!! We came with our boy’s football club and they sat where the players did in the locker room! Asked questions in the press room with “Pep”! All in all a unique experience we won’t soon forget!!! Great tour, would recommend. Andy W and Jerry were our tour guides and were really good. Andy was very funny, friendly and chatty. We enjoyed the tour and it was an adequate length of time. My son said he preferred what Spurs tour does where you get an interactive iPad and tour at your own pace. He said he got longer for the places he enjoyed seeing the most and longer for photos and no crowds in photos as not in a group. I prefer tour guide version where you can ask questions and not a technology based tour. So I guess it's a matter of opinion.. I would have liked the option to be able to take more photos without the group we were with in the picture IE such as in the changing rooms. So this would be my feedback, allow more time for photos to be taken and let the group go a bit more at their own pace. Would 100% recommend this tour.

Me and my little brother, came all the way from Saudi Arabia. we were greeted by our vip tour guides, Chris and Paul who were lovely. friendly, welcoming and amazing to be around they took us around all over the stadium and gave us some lovely history about the club. they were happy to take our pictures and made the experience an enjoyable fun one.
