I can’t say enough good things about my massage here. From check-in to check-out, everything felt calm, professional, and genuinely relaxing. My therapist listened closely to what I needed, checked in on pressure throughout, and clearly knew what they were doing — I left feeling completely reset, with tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying finally released. The space itself added to the experience: clean, quiet, and thoughtfully set up to help you unwind the second you walk in. I went into my appointment with a stiff lower back that had been hurting for several days. Adrianna worked on my back and hips for a while and when I left I was pain free. I have had several massages at Essential Massage & Watsu over the past couple years and have never been disappointed.

I had one of the best deep tissue massages in my life, Adrianna is very skilled and knowledgable in her craft. I booked another after trying it for the first time and was not dissapointed I left feeling light as a feather and ready to enjoy the day, I will definetly book with Adrianna again next time we come to visit SMA.
