Tout Slovène rêve de se tenir sur Triglav. C'est comme ça qu'on s'y prend correctement. Avec ses 2 864 mètres, le mont Triglav est le plus haut sommet de Slovénie, la pièce maîtresse du parc national du Triglav, et un symbole national si profond qu'il trône sur le drapeau du pays. Pendant deux jours, votre Guide Certifié IFMGA vous emmène des vallées des Alpes juliennes jusqu'au sommet, à travers les prairies alpines, les refuges de montagne passés, et en haut d'une via ferrata qui vous poussera de la meilleure façon possible. Ce n'est pas juste une ascension. C'est une immersion de deux jours dans la plus grande montagne de Slovénie. Le premier jour, vous randonnerez jusqu'au refuge de montagne de Kredarica (2 515 m), où vous passerez la nuit au-dessus des nuages avec un dîner, un lit chaud et un Guide qui connaît intimement la montagne. Le deuxième jour, vous vous préparez; harnais, casque, ensemble de via ferrata tout inclus et faire la poussée finale à la tour Aljaž au sommet. Pas de logistique à craindre. Juste deux jours qui resteront avec vous pour le reste de votre vie.

Itinéraire
L'activité débutera tôt le matin (selon les conditions météorologiques), avec transport jusqu'au point de départ dans la vallée de Krma. De là, nous randonnons jusqu'à la cabane de Kredarica, qui est d'environ 6 heures de randonnée avec de courts arrêts.
Ici, nous pouvons nous détendre pour l'après-midi, manger le dîner et passer la nuit.
Le lendemain au petit matin, nous montons au sommet du Triglav qui dure environ 4 heures. Ensuite, nous avons environ 4 heures de redescente vers la vallée de Krma. La visite se termine par le transport de retour à Bled.

- Assez d'eau: 2 l d'eau devrait suffire (possibilité de recharger les puits en chemin ou d'acheter dans la cabane)
- Collations et sandwichs
- Un sac à dos pour tout mettre dedans
- Argent pour l'hébergement et la nourriture dans le refuge de montagne

Amazing guides with so much knowledge about Triglav and Slovenia. My family and I felt so safe and had a lot of fun. Would recommend to anyone who wants to attempt this amazing climb. We took the Krma valley trail up to Krederica, which was very challenging. The Via Ferrata was just as challenging. Not for the fate of heart.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. The professionalism of these guides is second to none. I have done a few guided hikes but this one was my favourite experience because for this company they make the experience more about you. There is no rush. They give the best opportunity for the best views. Klara and Matevź knowledge and skills on the mountain was outstanding and we felt very safe at all times. The food in the hut was lovely and we had a good night sleep before making our way back down. This is a very enjoyable climb which can be achieved with a decent level of fitness. Slightly technical parts are made safe by the guides and the via ferrata. Our guides (Clara for the treks to the hut & back and Franc for the summit) were excellent and made sure that everyone had a safe & enjoyable time. Personally, I'm quite fit but not an athlete, and I think I *could* have made the trip in a day, but I was glad of the extra time to enjoy the views, wildlife and company, and this would be my recommendation to anyone not short of time or chasing a personal best.

As a family of 5 we did this walk in mid August, lead by Clara. Kids ranged from 10- 15 years. Stayed over night in the hostel and went up Triglav early on the second day, then returning to the start point at the end of the valley. . The guiding was just incredible, real attention to detail and safety. Its a tiring two days but it is so incredibly worthwhile. The sense of wow at the top of Triglav is indescribible. Incredible family 2 day walk / climb - so safe and professional. There was a huge priority emphasis on safety and enjoying the trip. It's definitely not easy but with these folks you are Ian very safe hands.

We had two wonderful guides - Nastja who took us up to the Kredarica mountain hut, and Matevz who then took us to the top and back down again. Both were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us feel like we were in tremendously safe hands, and allowed us to just enjoy the mountains. All the logistics were sorted and straightforward, and they adapted the timings to make sure we got the best weather and the best experience. Thanks both for this amazing experience!

Brilliant experience with Klara and Matevž. I joined a small group (just 3 others) as a solo traveler. The others were all very friendly, spoke great English (sorry for my lack of Flemish, French or Slovenian) and were a pleasure to climb with. The hike and the climb itself were easier than expected and I felt in safe hands at all times. Lots of time to relax at Kredarica hut. Very well organised.

My boyfriend, Cole, and I booked three tours with this outstanding company. We did the rafting, canyoning, and 2 day climb of Mount Triglav. Each tour these guys went above and beyond for us. They are some of the hardest working people we have met! They were exceptional, kind, and genuine people that we enjoyed hanging out with. We did an introduction to canyoning with Timo and Andraz, and we had a great time. If you have never done canyoning we highly recommend giving it a try. They have great equipment that is in very good condition for you to use, and the guides will make sure you stay safe while you are with them. Rafting was a fun day on the river, beautiful scenery and the rafting guides were also fun people. Climbing Mount Triglav was also an amazing experience. Matevž was our guide for the journey to the summit, and he was great. We started in the KRMA valley early in the morning, and as we hiked through the forest we were very lucky and able to see local wildlife in its natural habitat to include a Chamois and several Marmots. Matevž stories and jokes kept our minds off of our burning thighs as we ascended the mountain, and he made sure to set a good, reasonable pace that was good for us. When we started the Via Ferrata portion to the summit, Matevž helped us with our gear and made sure that we remained safe for the climb to the summit. He is a very accomplished climber and an excellent mountain guide who holds top certifications, and we would strongly recommend going with him if you are not an experienced mountaineer. The views from the top of Slovenia are breathtaking. We stayed the night in the “mountain hut” (mountain hotel is a better description, the accommodation and food were excellent for the top of a mountain!). The next morning Andraz met us as we finished our breakfast and guided us back down the mountain. He is a very cool and nice person and also a very accomplished mountain athlete, who shared a lot of his knowledge with us as we made our way down the mountain and back to the car. We saw three more Chamois and several bird species, and a fox in the forest. We cannot recommend Altitude Activities and their crew highly enough. They are a great company made up of great people. Jerry runs the show from the office and is a very nice guy, and good manager. We had to change some of our itinerary around unexpectedly and Jerry made sure we were still able to have a good time, it was seamless and easy. And he has the best 4 legged office assistant, Bella! Finally, tip your guides. They earn and deserve it! 😄
