The Gathering & Access Point : Rencontrez votre Guide officiel Certifié à l'Accès Nord. À votre arrivée, recherchez le personnel du Caminito del Rey portant l'uniforme bleu foncé. Il vous suffit de vous présenter au membre du personnel et de préciser que votre réservation se fait auprès de Discovering Spain. Vous devrez fournir le nom sur votre réservation, le nombre de personnes dans votre fête, et votre heure de visite prévue. Toutes ces informations essentielles sont clairement imprimées sur votre bon.
Parcourez le chemin initial et les premières allées suspendues. Le Guide mettra l'accent sur l'histoire dramatique du Caminito : sa construction au début des années 1900, les dangers encourus par les travailleurs et les raisons pour lesquelles le roi Alphonse XIII l'a commandé. Cette section prépare le terrain pour les gorges.
Alors que le chemin initial laisse place aux parois rocheuses verticales, préparez-vous pour l'événement principal. Vous vous apprêtez à fouler les légendaires passerelles suspendues, une prouesse d’ingénierie visible depuis l’espace. C'est dans cette section que le Caminito gagne sa réputation. Arrêtez-vous pour apprécier l'ampleur des gorges de Gaitanes, admirez l'eau cristalline 100 mètres plus bas et préparez votre appareil photo. Votre Guide vous assurera de capturer les meilleures vues tout en partageant des faits moins connus sur la reconstruction audacieuse du sentier.
C'est le cœur du Caminito, où les allées sont suspendues le plus haut au-dessus des gorges de Gaitanes. Le Guide interprétera les incroyables formations géologiques, la rivière, ainsi que la flore et la faune uniques de la région. Il y aura des moments désignés pour la photographie.
Terminer la section finale et le chemin vers la sortie près d'El Chorro. It was a bit tricky to find the place to meet the guide. You have to walk abort 15 minutes after you've parked your car. No information on the direction, but you have to trust the GPS.

our experience lasted around 2 hours, the guide (Cristobal) was friendly and informative. the staff speak English as well as Spanish and other languages as well. there was no reception on mobile phones to show our tickets however we just stated our name on tickets and that was fine. alternatively take a screen shot of the tickets and bar/QR code

Very strenuous but extraordinary. Our guide, whose name I forgot - maybe Anita or Amy, was a tiny woman with nonstop energy and enthusiasm. Getting to the start of the tour and from the end to the starting point should be factored in because it adds to the difficulty. That said, I am glad we had such an incredible adventure!
