À l'arrivée à Éphèse, nous entrons par la porte de Magnesia et commençons une lente descente avec votre guide dans les ruines de l'ancienne capitale provinciale romaine.Votre itinéraire vous mènera devant le temple d'Hadrien, la fontaine de Trajan, le grand théâtre et le spectaculaire bibliothèque Celsus.

Selon la tradition chrétienne, Marie a été amenée à Éphèse par l'apôtre Jean après la résurrection du Christ et a vécu ses derniers jours ici. Cette église a été érigée sur les fondations de cette maison, et son authenticité a été confirmée par le pape Paul VI et le pape Jean-Paul II. de nombreux visiteurs décrivent cela comme une expérience édifiante ou spirituelle.
Marché gouvernemental de la ville d'Éphèse
Situé à l'extrémité sud de la rue Domitienne, c'est la première structure à Ephèse connue pour être dédiée à un empereur. Il a été construit sur une grande et haute terrasse de 50x100 mètres, sur des fondations voûtées. La taille nord de la terrasse semble avoir deux étages, accessible par des escaliers. Les escaliers sont encore visibles aujourd'hui.
a été construit au premier siècle et restauré au quatrième siècle par une riche chrétienne appelée Scholastica. Sur la gauche de l'entrée est, vous pouvez voir sa statue sans tête. On pensait que la structure originale avait trois étages, mais au moment où les deux étages supérieurs se sont effondrés. Les bains ont deux entrées, l'une de la rue Curetes, qui est l'entrée principale, et l'autre de la rue latérale. Lorsque vous entrez, vous voyez d'abord le vestiaire (apodyterium) avec dix cabines, puis la chambre froide (frigidarium) avec sa piscine, puis la pièce chaude (tepidarium) pour se détendre, et enfin la pièce chaude (caldarium) avec son système de chauffage développé .Le deuxième étage était utilisé pour le massage et le gommage comme thérapie.

The tour was great. The ride was comfortable. The experience was wonderful. We enjoyed the carpet demonstration. Our guide and driver were fantastic.
Tour guide was excellent move that leisurely pace took us to an additional sites. That were very interesting. I highly recommend.
Yesra was phenomenal - - -such a wealth of information!! The day was absolutely perfect with all the activities included. The tour through Ephesus was absolutely amazing. The pottery stop was so informative and neat. The Turkish lunch was outstanding and such a nice way to try new food. The rug demo was incredible as well. They really did a hard sell at the end which you had to repeatedly say no. However, this was the best event we did on our 10 day vacation!!! Highly recommended.
Cetin showed us the ruins, the house of Mary, Artemis temple, and a great lunch! He explained all the history and answered all our questions. It was a great day and a great tour. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful tour of Ephesus with Yesra. She was very knowledge about all of the sites we visited and also very kind and personable. We stopped at a local shop to taste olive oil and other snacks. We did buy things but didn’t feel a great pressure to make a purchase. We also stopped at a pottery demonstration. Again, we bought something small . Lunch was at the end and was delicious. We were very happy with our tour with Yesra.

This was the perfect tour if you only have a day in Kusadasi. Melis is the best! You get a good exposure to Turkish culture (like rug making and local food) and ancient history. She is so knowledgeable and gave us helpful tips for the rest of our stay in Kusadasi. Thank you Melis!

Met Melis on time in Kusadasi port. Her passion for her country's tradition and culture was admirable and by the end of our trip we learned a great deal about her country's history and even learned a few Turkish phrases. The tour of Ephesus and the house of the virgin Mary was brilliant and Melis explained everything in great detail and her extensive knowledge on this subject was admirable. We then had a great lunch and then we had a demonstration on rug weaving and how passionate they are on their rug weaving tradition. We will definitely return to Turkey because of Melis passion when speaking of her country's tradition and history. We would highly recommend Melis as your tour guide and when we return to Turkey again for a holiday we will specifically ask for Melis as our tour guide. Melis is a wonderful warm and friendly tour guide and did everything possible to make our tour unforgettable and her country should be proud of her for delivering a brilliant presentation on Turkey's history and traditions.
