Ramassage à KUSADASI PORT Rencontre avec notre Guide touristique au port de Kusadasi avec panneau EPHESUS SHUTTLE. ( Nous avons différents horaires de prise en charge pour différentes croisières. L'heure de prise en charge sera donnée lors de votre confirmation )
Après la salutation, nous conduisons à Ephèse Promenade à travers l'histoire le long de rues en marbre bordées de magnifiques édifices publics, parmi lesquels les thermes de Scholastica, la bibliothèque de Celsus; il a été construit au début du 2ème siècle après JC par Gaius Julius Aquila pour être un mémorial à son père Gaius Julius Celsus Polemanus, le proconsul de la province d'Asie. , le Temple d'Hadrien et le Grand Théâtre sont deux des édifices les plus impressionnants d'Éphèse. Le grand théâtre a été construit au 3ème siècle avant JC et il a ensuite été étendu à 24.000 spectateurs par les Romains au 1er siècle après JC.
Visit Terrace Houses est situé au bord de la montagne Pion. Il y a 6 unités résidentielles construites sur trois terrasses artificielles. Ces maisons étaient habitées par de riches citoyens d'Éphèse. Ces maisons étaient décorées de manière très raffinée avec des fresques murales et des mosaïques au sol. Il y a de nombreuses marches à gravir de bas en haut. Déconseillé aux personnes ayant des difficultés à marcher et de l'acrophobie (peur des hauteurs).
Nous nous arrêterons au temple d'Artemission, qui était autrefois l'une des sept merveilles du monde antique, notre dernier arrêt avant de retourner au centre-ville et au port de Kusadasi. La fin de nos services.

Olgu was a great guide! Picked up at the pier from a cruise ship with them waiting for us with a sign in hand as promised and the Ephesus tour was great as well as seeing some interesting shops in the area.

Our guide was Mehmet Orkun, the best one. Very helpful and kind. He speskd very good english and he is always smiling. The tour was more pelasant because of him.

This tour was excellent. We were lucky that our small group tour ended up being a private tour for the two of us. Our guide, Emre, was outstanding. He gave us great information while touring Ephesus. He was a trained archaeologist and was excited that we were interested in history and was able to answer all of our questions and add additional information. We also appreciated that he handled the religious history in the context of archeology. We would also recommend adding the optional visit to the Terrace Houses while at Ephesus. He also gave us the option of visiting a family that makes Anatolian pottery (one of only 5 still doing this) and it was amazing to see and learn how the pottery is made.
