Fascinating places to visit. Gilcan our guide was a font of knowledge. Well paced tour and interesting carpet demonstration. Lunch was an added bonus.
We booked our private tour 2 days ahead. They picked us up at the hotel. Transport was nice and clean. The driver was ready and waiting for us all the time. Our guide Volkan was really passionate about the history and explained everything in detail. He also gave us some other interesting trip ideas. We customized our tour on the go with no problem. He took us to Ephesus, archeological museum and to the temple of Artemis which we decided to visit. He also offered us to visit local pottery shop. It was a nice and interesting family business. Lunch was at a small local business with simple but tasty food. Definitely recommend.
She was very knowledgeable about the history of the place. She helped us navigate big crowds and busy site. She also brought us to a very good tavern with really good food at affordable price.
Tour was great, saw a lot of places and great history telling. Jayla is excellent and would book her for another tour
Tugrul Sezgin was a wonderful guide. He brought Ephesus to life. The ruins were stunning, as was Mary's house and the Basilica of St. John. He was incredibly sensitive to our needs as older tourists. He showed us great shopping spots and shared a lovely lunch with us. He was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed his guidance and his love of Turkey. We were very grateful for his help. Vulcan was our fantastic tour guide. We had an entire day of private touring with him and had the best experience. He is very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Our tour of Ephesus and Sirince was perfectly planned and thoughtfully organized. We avoided all of the lines while seeing everything that we wanted to see. We were very thankful to have done the tour with our guide as she was very knowledgeable about the history but also the area, so she made sure we avoided most of the heat, crowds, and other time wasters. Definitely the best tour we had in Turkey.
