Not great at all! Photographer and assistant unprofessional, lack of customer service and poor communication skills.
Travelers should know that they will have a once in a life time experience! with the most professional and friendly photographers you will ever meet and very informative of the local areas i had an amazing time with such wonderful people thank you very much ill be sure to spread the word !
I booked the flying dress photoshoot for my daughter and it was a great experience. There was great communication with the company and the photographer was very professional and very nice. She got some beautiful photos.
The flying dress in Santorini was something we always wanted to do. Despite being late because we could not get off the ship earlier, our photographer Mar was there waiting. There was some confusion about the dress color because we had wanted blue and they brought red. They graciously accommodated us by running back and getting the blue dress. My wife got dressed in the provided mini-tent and then we set off to each location for the shoot. There was no one at the first location so it was very smooth and easy. The next two were a bit more challenging because they were at the famous locations where everyone takes pictures. There were long lines but Mar just lead the way and we followed closely. Since these were paid for shoots we had special access to the areas and did not have to wait so we had a private shoot. Because we were late it was getting hot and sweating a bit. This was after 11am. I would suggest you go early by 9 am as they suggest. The sun was out and it was a beautiful day so we knew the pictures would be amazing ! We got the pictures a week later and they were incredible. They touched up the pictures and they all came out very beautiful capturing the moment. I would definitely recommend the company and photographer Mar. She was extremely nice and easy going. She even taught us a few Greek words. Thanks for making our Santorini photo shoot perfect 😁

Santorini’s flying dress experience was remarkable.The photographer’s ability to capture the moment was impressive and the amazing view made every picture beautiful.The photographs were delivered fast and were stunning.
The photographer arriving 35 to 40 minutes late. No facilities available to change into the dress or apply makeup. A small pop up tent was provided to change in that the photographer and her assistant had to hold in place. No real direction provided on how to pose for the shoot.
The arrangement and experience from the first interaction till the photo session and delivery was very professional and pleasant. The photographer was very helpful and took care of our needs and requests. Overall we were very happy with the experience and results.
