Save your money. Visit around d the base of the Arch. It’s not worth the money to go to the roof top. Additionally, I was very disappointed that the elevators were out of service. While I didn’t need it, young families, the elderly and those with physical disabilities could not enter. There was no one working on the elevators, only an out of service sign. These communities must have been irate. Do better Paris.
Easy to access, historical significance, make sure you go to the rop deck to see a 360 view of Paris.
This was a return visit for me and return visit to the Arc de Triomphe Just like the first time, it was amazing just as before even with the lift not working.
For the second time our guide was a no show. Very poor customer service. Avoid Viator! Save your money.

Great tour & the views from the top was well worth the climb !
Beautiful place with a lot of history
Only issue is that the downloaded ticket didn’t work, and created some confusion until we got it straightened out.
Tour was suppose to have lift access to top , but after arriving no lift was working and was not told this before tour so I could have cancelled .
The experience was great, but we had great difficulty getting in. The directions from the tour operator ahead of time were unclear. It took us a half an hour of frantic phone calls to the operator from the Arc de Triumphe to figure out how to access the tickets (the vouchers Viator sent were not accepted at the venue). Had the directions been more clear ahead of time, we would have known what to do, had been able to access the tickets in the WhatsApp app and known which lines we could have skipped. It was a very frustrating experience to gain access. That was the whole purpose of booking with Viator ahead of time. We could have simply purchased tickets at the venue itself and skipped the hassle.
The lift was not working, so my wife was unable to enter and go to the top (2 recent artificial knees). Even though they would not allow her to use the lift, workers were using a lift. I liked the view and the structure was beautiful.

The lift being unavailable to visitors is an extremely rare occurrence, and we fully understand how frustrating it must have been to see workers using a lift while your wife was unable to access the top.
