Si vous aimez vivre vert, Ella est évidemment un endroit à visiter. Ella Rock est l'un des lieux qui le prouve. Les randonneurs aimeraient l'endroit. C’est un peu fatiguant de faire de la randonnée. Mais cela en vaut vraiment la peine. Une fois arrivé au sommet, vous comprendrez pourquoi nous l’avons dit. Les vues panoramiques qu’il offre avec de la brume et des nuages qui couvrent la région, en particulier tôt le matin et tard le soir, sont quelque chose que vous devriez être témoin et qui suffirait à dire que vous avez visité Ella. Le temps total pour monter et descendre est de 4 heures. Oui, cela ressemble à un long voyage. Mais la montée est riche en diversité. Si vous partez de la gare Ella, vous apprécierez la promenade en train et, dès que vous aurez commencé à grimper, vous passerez devant une cascade, la forêt à hévéas et les plantations de thé. Les jours de pluie, les conditions peuvent être glissantes. Soyez donc prudent avec ce que vous portez pour le voyage. Portez un vêtement approprié pour une randonnée et vers la fin de la randonnée, toujours gérable.

We were picked up around 4:00, and off we went to the hike point. The guide was so friendly and full of knowledge. He told us all sorts of things as we climbed up. Along the way, some dogs that the guide knew came along and made our journey even more fun. We were among the first to reach the top, so we got the best spots. The sunrise was absolutely magical. After we finished, the guide even showed us a beautiful spot where he happily took pictures. It was stunning. Just so you know, you can do the trek in a loop, but without a guide, you’d definitely miss out on some amazing things. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.

The hike started at 4 am and there we immediately noticed that we were dealing with a very good fun social guide! He was in a good mood and so we started our hike. The hike was ultimately so very worthwhile, the view was breathtaking and would definitely recommend this. He also told us about the area and gave us good tips. All in all it was a fantastic experience.

We booked the Sunrise Tour ($30 per person) and it was worth every dollar. Watching the sun rise over Ella Rock was breathtaking. Our guide was friendly, helpful, and knew the best photo spots.

I had a great hike and was so happy to have had a guide based on the reviews and route (you can certainly do the hike without a guide, but a solo female traveler, I wanted the safety). The hike was beautiful and my guide pointed out different plants and animals (we saw several chameleons). I needed to take it slow once we hit the incline, and he was very flexible and patient, allowing me to take whatever breaks I needed. He also took great pictures!
