El Nido Excursion d'une journée en groupe C avec déjeuner buffet

That three hours prior there was a weather advisory so I contacted the Tour company and said if the weather is gonna be bad, we shouldn’t go. Could we reschedule for another day and they assured that the weather would be fine and we were still going. Well, I have photographs. I’m not sure how to send you of how perfect the weather was and that the boat was nearly torn apart, and an old man was injured because we nearly got stranded on a beach due to 75 mph winds pouring rain, etc.. This will be the last time I use via Tour to make a reservation. Also, after doing some research, we paid nearly triple what the activity would’ve actually cost.

the guides are really fun and include you in their revelry. I was lucky to be in a group of apparently not super confident swimmers, so I got a lot of the snorkelling areas mostly to myself and saw some awesome things including an octopus, giant star puffer, a tiny quid, and tiny clownfish in tiny anemones. the marine scene in the philippines truly is next level. just being on the boat was also fun. would definitely recommend, I had a great time. the only downside was the lunch, which wasn't great for vegetarians even when you have notified them in advance, no tofu or egg for protein, mostly just plain carbs. but a decent meal for meat eaters. also, make sure to bring your own water as only one 350mL bottle is provided per person, and you should definitely drink more during a 9am - 5pm trip in the sun!

They switched my tour without any notice. Tour C itinerary was not what I got and not with the tour provider set in my voucher. We skipped the island with the shrine altogether. As we sailed past, I ask if we were coming back and he said No The tour talked about renting kayaks; none of that was available.

The team is very friendly is attentive. Delicious lunch. We had a great jpurnee and I highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Exceptional life experience get out there and have fun

This was probably my favorite tour out of the 3, A, B & C . The scenery was spectacular all day, and I loved Cadlao lagoon, possibly prettier than big lagoon. Good swimming and snorkeling spots, including hidden beach.

I was really looking forward to Tour C in El Nido, but unfortunately it was a frustrating experience from the start. Communication was terrible. I was already in El Nido, yet no pickup was provided and there was no clear coordination. I had to figure things out myself with very little guidance from the operator. Overall, I felt like the tour operator simply didn’t care. The welcome was cold, not friendly, and not professional. It didn’t feel organized or customer-focused at all. Considering the price (over $40), it was especially disappointing. I previously did Tour A for around $22 and it was significantly better organized and overall a much more enjoyable experience. The only positive part was the crew on the boat. They were nice, hardworking, and did their best. This review is not about them — it’s about the management and organization. I wouldn’t book this operator again.

Staff not as attentive as other tours. At one point, they asked us to get off for snorkeling and the boat wasn’t even anchored. We had to swim away quickly to avoid getting hit by the boat, and one of us was hit. We were taken to alternative sites given weather, and those were not as pretty/ interesting. It was disappointing.

Fun experience on the water with a team focused on safety and adventure. We saw all advertised locations but were unable to stop at the shrine (saw it from the boat) and were blown away by the water and natural environment. The only issues we faced were weather (overcast, not sure how anyone can fix this) and waiting for kayaks at the big lagoon. The snorkelling, swimming and exploring were fantastic. There was a noticeable swell in the deeper water and the captain did well to keep it as smooth as possible. Would recommend bringing your own fins and snorkel. Watch out for some more aggressive territorial fish who will bite (only small, pretty funny to watch) and saw a small sea snake in Hidden Beach amongst sea urchins and other cool sea life throughout the tour
