El Mariachi Loco Beach Club

An incredible experience, the services are a gem, and the food is delightful, very delicious. I hope to return soon to this wonderful place. Recommendation with Alex, my guide; look for him, he is a very good person and provides a warmth that makes you feel at home.

If you want to spend an excellent day, with a nice beach, taking a snorkeling tour this is the right place

The "beach" area is full of seaweed and the water is a brownish color, looks like lake water. The vendors are RELENTLESS! Every 3-5 minutes someone is approaching selling something. It's awful. The food was gross, I had the chicken tacos and the chicken was dry and overcooked. The mixed drink I had was ok. I will not be back.

Exclusive beach! Alex helped with everything. He set us up with beach chairs, table to eat and endless drinks. We ordered the special, Mexican red snapper. Thanks, Alex. 10/10!

We had a great experience at the Kraken beach club. We booked this as a shore excursion. It’s easy to get a taxi to and from the club, $5 per person each way plus tip. The snorkeling was great-Daniel and Axo took us to a great spot not far from the beach club. We saw three turtles and a ton of fish. Absolutely loved it. Be careful about what you agree to, though-the snorkeling tour on the boat is NOT included-it was $50 per person for us (plus tip, of course). Totally worth it, but just be aware. Also, the food is good but super expensive. It was $94 plus tip for two taco plates (just tacos), a small app of guacamole and chips, and two beers. So again, just be aware. Plus, you will be expected to tip the guy who « takes care of » you. The water at the beach club is very shallow, perfect if you just want to sit in the water with your drink. The seaweed is kept out by netting-also very appreciated.

Alex was an amazing host. We were met at our taxi as soon as we arrived. Alex had loungers waiting for us at the waters edge. We had the best day with our family-the kids loved snorkeling and the food was delicious -the best we had on our trip. I highly recommend booking with Alex and Beach Club Kraken!

It was very nice, we ate the Mayan fish, and pastor tacos wooow. The snorkeling tour was amazing!!!!!!!

The beach and water were very nice. The chips and salsa were over priced. The constant traffic of people selling things was very annoying. The bathroom facilities were very rustic. The owner and wait staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall I would visit here again.

Beach and water is gorgeous and food and drinks are wonderful, the owner really goes out of his way to try to make everyone happy. One downside is the area in general and not this location specifically - non stop beach vendors approaching and trying to sell cigars, watches, towels, jewellery, basically anything and everything and they approach probably every 5 minutes or more, highly disruptive when the goal is to relax on the beach.
