Description
Un magnifique parcours en vélo électrique avec un petit groupe de cyclistes le long du nouveau corridor vert de Madrid qui longe le trottoir de la rivière Manzanares. L'eau est la principale caractéristique de cette promenade, où vous verrez 13 fontaines ornementales, une plage urbaine et cinq points de vue pour admirer la ville de Madrid lors de l'un des meilleurs tours en segway jamais réalisés ! Plus tard, vous entrerez dans la forêt. Vous vous rendrez à l'observatoire et profiterez du magnifique panorama de Madrid. Vous ferez le tour du lac et monterez au sommet de la montagne pour voir le téléphérique. Le nombre maximum de participants par guide est de 12, même si nous pouvons arriver à faire des tours jusqu'à 30 ou 40 personnes avec plusieurs guides.

The route and the guide were great. The bikes, however, were not well maintained. Mine had brake levers tilting up, killing your wrists. The hand grips were too big so they were zip tied on and they weren't trimmed properly so the sharp edge cut into your hand. The chain skipped from time to time. The bell was loose and fell down in front of the shifter making it impossible to shift when you came to a hill. The battery was dying by the end of the ride.

The e-bikes worked well & lots of opportunity for views & photos were provided. The only bad part was that Osmeld took us on an uphill dirt path that was too hard for seniors. 3 of us had to push our bikes up only to find that we were going back the same way. The guide did not attempt to help us get up the hill nor tell us to wait at the bottom. At the end of the tour, I advised him that it would be better to ask if people wanted to do a mountain bike type portion.
Very nice experience, a phenomenal tour and that I did not imagine so close to the center of Madrid and especially the Gloria Guide that made a very good account of the history and places traveled.

A very comfortable and fun tour. The tour area is very nice, with good routes for cyclists. Paloma has been an excellent guide, very friendly and attentive. All I would say is that Wonder Tour staff should ask their customers for their names, so that we feel more comfortable.

The host was super nice and tour covered beautiful places within short duration. We went through the most beautiful places in Madrid within 3 hours and host took a lot of photographs on request :) Thank you so much.

<p>Confession - we did not do the actual tour - this is what happened:</p> <p>I booked this bike tour the day before and I got a confirmation email. <br/> When we went to the shop to sign in/ do the tour, they didn't have us in the system and they didn't have enough bikes for that specific time and day. The lady who helped us felt really bad and she offered us the segway tour instead, we accepted and had such a fun time with Alejandro the guide for that trip. The group was small we were with 3 and we had 2 other people joining us and driving those seaways through Madrid was a blast. Thank you !</p>
