James (Bôn) was really fun and knowledgeable and took us to real local food places where a typical tourist is probably unlikely to visit. The food were all amazing and I really appreciated the other side information that he provided about Huế and Vietnam in general. I highly recommend this to anyone, and please arrive very hungry.
We had a great food tour with James (Bon). We got to try all the local dishes that we might not have found otherwise, and Bon was fantastic at explaining the culture and history of Hue and its food. The pace was great, we all left very full and happy and had so much fun because of Bon. Would absolutely recommend the tour and delicious food 😊
I had an absolutely amazing experience with Bôn. He was extremely knowledgeable about Vietnamese food, history, and culture. Spoke excellent English. Took me to some absolutely amazing food stops along the way while engaging me in interesting and funny conversation. He made me feel very welcome and I am incredibly thankful to him for giving me such a great experience.
We had a fantastic food tour with Bôn, our guide. Bôn took us to a great mix of local spots - places we wouldn’t know to go to - and selected a great variety of local dishes. He had a great knowledge of each dish and how it was made, and we especially loved his vast knowledge of Vietnamese history. The food was excellent and we left feeling very satisfied - the perfect amount of food. Really recommend this trip as a stand out experience in Hue - thank you Bôn for sharing your knowledge and being so kind!
Can’t recommend Rose highly enough. She communicated very well and was very prompt on her arrival. Her local knowledge of food is outstanding. I was lovely to hear her talk about herself and her family and her passionate for food. The food tour was three hours long and we got to sample lots of dishes that we would not have tried without her. It has made a more confident to try different things on our journey around Vietnam. Had a great tour with our guide Linh. He took us to many local places to try different foods Hue has to offer. Everything was delicious and Linh kept us entertained with telling stories not only about the food, but life and history of Hue in general. Honestly one of the best tours I’ve ever been on!
