Vous pouvez participer avec votre propre e-bike sans frais supplémentaires, ou réserver une e-bike prête sur place pour 45 €, à payer sur place. La visite de la fromagerie avec dégustation de fromages est optionnelle et se paie sur place (10 €). Sauf communication contraire au moment de la réservation, les e-bikes et la visite/dégustation à la fromagerie seront considérées comme réservées pour tous les participants. Pour les e-bikes enfants, les tandems enfant et les sièges enfants, veuillez consulter « Inclus/Exclus ». Découvrez Martina Franca et Locorotondo lors d’un tour facile en e-bike dans la Vallée d’Itria, entre murets en pierre sèche, vignobles, trulli et masserie, avec des arrêts panoramiques et du temps pour les photos. Un accompagnateur local gère l’itinéraire, les arrêts et l’assistance complète, en gardant un rythme détendu. Locorotondo vous accueille avec ses ruelles blanches, ses balcons fleuris et ses coins romantiques, avant le retour vers Martina Franca à travers certains des paysages les plus emblématiques de la vallée. À la fromagerie, vous verrez la production de la mozzarella, la grotte où mûrissent les caciocavalli, ainsi que la fabrication de la stracciatella et de la burrata.

Rocco was a terrific tour leader. Very personable and knowledgeable. Bikes were in excellent working order. The tour around Martina Franca and Locorotondo was beautiful and entertaining. I would highly recommend this tour and this company.
Rocco was amazing! The tour of the cheese production company was fantastic and the tastings were amazing. We so enjoyed our e-bike tour in Cisternino ...wonderful overview of the history. We loved our tour through the countryside. Rocco was engaging and professional and we had so much fun with him. We highly recommend him for any tour but especially this one! I will definitely be telling my friends.
This tour is amazing! Highly recommended. Experience Puglia off the beaten path. The trip to the dairy to learn the process of making mozzarella, burrata, and other tips was great! The tasting of the cheeses was even better :). The most delicious cheeses I’ve tasted in my life. The e-bike ride was easy and a great way to see the town of Cisternino and the countryside of Puglia on a hot day. It was very enjoyable. We visited two different farms and saw pigs, cows, goats, donkeys, horses, geese, ducks, and some dogs and cats. Feeding the donkeys and horses was a highlight. Rocco was amazing and informative and very passionate about Puglia… and cheese! Would recommend to anyone. He also does different e-bike tours all over Puglia. Highly recommend!
Nice tour to the countryside. The guide is a nice guy with stories of the old times. Absolutely worth to take the tour. Using an E-bike is an easy way to ride along the tour. Anyone can easily complete the journey.
It was one of the best trips. We were shown the different types of cheese and the differences in the cheese factory. Afterwards we were given a very good taste of the various products + local wine. Then we rode the e-bike to the farm that supplies the cheese factory. Finally, Rocco showed us the city center and explained everything to us down to the smallest detail. We had a lot of fun and would recommend it to everyone. Rocco is very friendly and gave us other tips.
