Dunn's River Falls est l'un des trésors nationaux de la Jamaïque. À environ 55 m de hauteur et 180 m de long, les cascades sont en terrasses comme des escaliers naturels géants bien que certaines intègrent des améliorations artificielles. Plusieurs petites lagunes sont entrecoupées parmi les sections verticales des chutes. Le tombe vide dans la mer des Caraïbes à l'extrémité ouest d'une belle plage de sable blanc. L'escalade des cascades est une activité touristique populaire et est souvent, mais pas exclusivement, effectuée avec l'aide de guides touristiques du parc. IT faut environ 1 - 1,5 heures pour monter avec de courtes pauses pour les photographies et les enregistrements vidéo pris par les guides. Il y a aussi des escaliers, à côté des chutes, pour ceux qui ne veulent pas se mouiller ou qui sont incapables de gérer le terrain rocheux et inégal de la cascade réelle.

My tour to Ocho Rios came at the end of a fantastic holiday to Jamaica. Firstly, I'm glad I used Onestop, this was the third tour I made with the company (Kingston and Blue Mountains being the other two): I found Marie's communication to be superb and the company reliable, I also really enjoyed sitting in the front of the vehicle and talking with Donovan and sharing experiences. One Stop showed care for me, being vegan in Jamaica is not so easy so Marie identified a vegan restaurant we should stop at in Kingston to get take-out before heading to Dunn's River Falls, I really appreciated this. It took around 2-hours to reach the falls from the capital, they were beautiful and the area is very well preserved. Many choose to take the wet route walking through the falls from the lower end at the beach to the top, I took the dry using the but the views are not diminished. The nature is wonderful and this is a great place to savour.

Our journey from Kingston to Ocho Rios was scenic and relaxing, with winding roads through lush mountains and glimpses of the Caribbean Sea. Once in Ochi, we experienced the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. A standout moment was our visit to a secluded, exclusive beach. The soft, powdery sand felt heavenly underfoot, and the shoreline was lined with dramatic rocky fossils—truly a hidden gem that felt untouched and peaceful. Later, we explored Island Village, where we wandered through colorful boutiques, found unique local crafts, and soaked in the laid-back island vibe. As the sun set, we headed to Tikkitale for dinner. The fresh fish was outstanding—perfectly grilled, tender, and full of flavor. The night ended with lively karaoke, where locals and visitors sang and laughed together. It was the perfect way to wrap up a memorable day. Ocho Rios captured our hearts. Thanks to One Stop Cultural Tours, every detail of our trip was seamless, personalized, and full of authentic Jamaican charm.
