Hi there, We’re sorry your flight was delayed and that this affected your plans. Our booking platforms do advise guests not to schedule workshops close to their arrival time, and we also clearly explain that, as a small studio, we’re unable to store luggage. Unfortunately, with a 15-minute late arrival and luggage, we weren’t able to accommodate the booking. We understand this was disappointing and appreciate your understanding.
