It was a great experience, From dring with the atv, and to experience the dune bashing it was al great. also we had a great trip advisor Tina, She explained everything from A to Z. I would recommend to atleast do this once in your life.

The boogie driving on dunes was really amazing! The staff was really friendly. The sun is burning hard even in april, but of course you are in the desert.

I booked a camel ride experience and Burj Khalifa tickets through Travel Saga, but honestly, it was a deeply disappointing experience. We only intended to arrange a camel ride, but the entire safari tour was booked for us without prior explanation. This included intense dune bashing, which we had specifically declined due to health concerns. Despite this, it was still included. Additionally, the cost was exorbitant—similar experiences are available on other platforms for less than one-third of the price. As for the Burj Khalifa tickets, I asked for them as an add-on, but they were also overpriced. I later found that the same tickets could be purchased on other platforms for less than half the price, which added to my disappointment. What was even more upsetting was their response when I sought an explanation. They repeatedly insisted the charges were “fair” and justified as “seasonal pricing,” without any effort to understand my concerns. On top of that, they mentioned that I “agreed to pay” and “didn’t complain after the tours,” which felt more like excuses to shift the blame onto me. If I had received proper explanations beforehand, I would never have booked these services. It left me feeling as though trusting them was my mistake. Furthermore, these tour prices—1,750 AED for the camel ride experience and 1,200 AED for the Burj Khalifa tickets—are not listed on Travel Saga’s official website. I couldn’t find such plans listed anywhere, which only adds to the lack of transparency. Other tour booking platforms offer more affordable and transparent options. If you decide to use Travel Saga, I strongly recommend confirming all details and costs upfront before making any payments.
My wife and I had a great time at the dessert Safari. We had a whole day trip. The buggy 1000cc, Camel ride, the show in the evening. Thanks to our guide Akil for the great experience. We can recommend Akil to every one.
