This was one of the best city tours I've experienced. Driver was inclusive and bery helpful. Took many photos for us and shared them as well. Also, he was very knowledgeable! This was an amazing experience! We definitely appreciate everything!

We asked two hours before the start of our tour to be picked up at a different location some 30 minutes away from the originally agreed location. That was possible which I felt was extremely flexible. We were only with the two of us so that may have made it easier to accommodate us but still very flexible!

Saw a review saying they were driven around in a private car with a driver with no English. When I made my booking I mentioned this review and was assured that would not happen to me and that we would be on a bus with a guide. Unfortunately this promise was not honoured and a jeep was sent with a driver with no knowledge and not very good English. We were forced to abandon the tour and rebook with another operator. If you are looking for a guided tour I would look elsewhere
Hi, Sorry for your bad experience and we do apologize for your bad experience, we did organize a bus tour for you however it was not possible to send the bus on that day due to the heavy rain and had to send a Private Car for you. We did a full refund on this tour as you were not happy with a private car and we do apologize again for the tour bus not being able to come to pick you up. We only sent the car cause we did not want to waste you day as you were on a holiday and arranged an alternative for which you were not OK and we honored the refund as asked. We did a City Tour today with Jan. Having only arrived yesterday we thought this would be a good idea to get an insight into our surroundings. Jan picked us up at our hotel promptly at 9am. Immediately we found him very courteous and extremely friendly. As the day went on, also very informative. He was happy to answer any questions we asked, & his English was excellent. This tour is a great opportunity to get some great photos, stopping off at all the places of interest, Burj Al Arab, Atlantis The Palm etc. My husband and I really enjoyed this tour & would highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubai for the first time. Was a one man taxi Was promised a group but it was a man in a taxi who didn’t say a word but drove us around for 4 hours. Then took us to markets were we were literally forced to buy stuff. Never again. Ever. Avoid
Am Sorry your experience was not good and we always try to give our best service, however you booking had come in last moment and we could not adjust you with the group as the vehicle was full and had to arrange a private tour for you at the cost of sharing transfer. The markets that you visit on this tour are beyond our control and we are unable to stop them from selling, however you have the right to say no to them. We would make sure that the Representative who was with you would be questioned on this.
