I booked this 3 hours yacht tour as a birthday present for my friend, and it turned out to be one of the best parts of our trip. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. They reminded us to be careful on the upper deck, but also helped us have fun—took cool photos of us at the steering wheel and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the views around Dubai Marina. We stopped at all the main spots and had time to take lots of pictures. The BBQ was really nice too. The food was tasty, and they had hand sanitizer and unlimited cold water and juice, which was great in the heat. The whole thing felt easy and chill, and we didn’t feel rushed at all. If you're going by taxi, just know that traffic in the Marina can get pretty heavy. I'd say leave at least 30 minutes earlier than you normally would. Check-in was quick and simple though, no stress. Honestly, this was one of the best ways to see the Dubai Marina, Dubai Eye, Atlantis and Burj Al arab. I'd 100% recommend it.

We booked a two hour cruise for my son’s birthday. We had to arrive 30 minutes early for check in process at 3:30, but the yacht was nowhere, arrived two minutes before 4. When we finally went out, the captain had no ideas to offer where to go, what to see. We asked if we could see dolphins, but he said there are no dolphins here, which is not true. Also, the driving skill of the captain was like a beginners, he couldn’t handle the waves properly. My husband has a driving license, so he could see the situation very clearly. The captain was not even trying to make the trip an interesting one. We just went to the Burj al arab and back with a very slow speed. The captain was sparing fuel, or I don’t know, what his reason was, but it was not enjoyable at all. When we asked if we could stop for a little swim on the way back at the harbour, where everyone was doing it, he said just a “no” to that. The children were very bored, so they spent some time in the cabin. There was so much smell of fuel inside, my daughter got nausea. Overall, this company is not among the cheapest, but yet delivered a very poor service. After my feedback, of course they gave weak explanations, why I am wrong with all the reasons for my complaint. I will try a different company next time.

Due to a packed schedule and back-to-back trips throughout the day, there can occasionally be slight delays during docking, especially during peak times. Please be assured that the captain was aware of your booking and made every effort to meet you promptly before your departure at 4:00 PM. Your trip proceeded as scheduled and lasted the full two hours, ending at 6:00 PM. In terms of the route, our captains are highly experienced and prioritize safety above all else. While we understand your desire to visit Atlantis, the sea conditions on that day were not favorable, with noticeable waves making that particular route unsafe. The captain offered an alternative route to Burj Al Arab, which is a popular and safer option under such conditions. For a 2-hour trip, the route typically includes Marina and one major landmark—either Atlantis or Burj Al Arab—depending on the sea conditions at the time. As for dolphin sightings, we’d like to clarify that spotting dolphins is a rare and fortunate occurrence but not something we can guarantee or include as part of our standard sightseeing tours. Concerning swimming, the captain had to make a judgment call. With only 30 minutes remaining in your trip and the boat already on its way back to the port, stopping for swimming would have delayed the return and impacted the next scheduled trip. We hope you understand that our team must also consider the experience and time of other guests. We also want to emphasize that music, photography assistance, and sightseeing are all included as part of the experience. Our crew is always happy to help enhance your enjoyment during the trip. Boat was late arriving and we had to wait for previous guests to disembark before the crew quickly cleared away the visible rubbish and got us aboard. We Weren’t allowed to use the inside area of the boat!! And soft drinks were 1 small bottle of water and a cup of cheap cola per person.

I had a great experience with the host! Little late but we also did the tour longer. Water, soft drinks and snacks were free. The views at Marina were spectacular and so I can really recommend this tour!

We reserved a luxury yacht cruise thought saifco travel and tourism. My friend and I had a great time. The yacht is an excellent condition, clean and tidy. The food was delicious, the capital was courteous, and the crew provided as much drink and juice as we desired. This tour was incredible. We would recommend it to my friends.
