Arrêt photo: La plage de Jumeira est une plage de sable blanc située et nommée d'après le quartier de Jumeirah à Dubaï, sur la côte du golfe Persique.

Notre guide vous dirigera vers l'entrée du Burj Khalifa où vous irez au sommet de Burj Khalifa et vivrez une expérience Eagle Eye de Dubaï
Ensuite, nous conduirons vers le sud sur la route Sheikh ZAYED jusqu'à ce que nous atteignions le point d'entrée de Palm Jumeirah - une île en forme de palmier avec une vue panoramique sur le golfe Persique.
Activité Monorail (Suspendue jusqu'à nouvel ordre) : Vous serez alors transféré sur un Monorail qui est un autre mode de transport qui relie le continent à l'île artificielle en dehors de la chaussée. Le monorail longe le tronc du Palm Jumeirah reliant la station Gateway à l'entrée du Palm à l'hôtel Atlantis à l'extrémité. Le Palm Monorail est un bon point de vue pour voir le Palm Jumeirah et le trajet donne une bonne vue sur l'île.
Marina Walk: Après cela, nous continuerons et notre prochain arrêt sera dans la nouvelle marina de Dubaï, où "The Walk" est situé, un espace ouvert avec plusieurs restaurants, cafés et boutiques de renom. Enfin, la visite passera par la nouvelle ville des tours du lac Jumeirah et se terminera dans la zone BARSHA du Mall of the Emirates, où se trouve l'une des stations de ski artificiel les plus grandes et les plus fascinantes du monde.

The tour was well organized and hit all the major sites, except for the tour of the top of the Burj Kahlifa. First, it is not the top of the building but only the 124th floor, which is not the highest floor. Second, the tour stated that we would go to the observation deck and then have time for lunch and shopping; by the time we waited over an hour to get to the top and see the views, when we came down there was no time left. This was poorly planned and the wait time should have been factored in when discussing the meeting time and place afterward. When I raised the issue with the guide, he advised me that the tickets were premium and that we hadn't waited as long as other tickets would make us wait. He suggested that we run and get take out, which is unacceptable as there are no washrooms on the bus and the tickets had expressly stated there would be time in the mall to see the fountains and get a bite to eat and/or souvenirs. After significant persuasion we were granted an additional half hour to the original plan. I think it was so that the driver didn't have to drive in rush hour traffic. Of note, one of the stops on the tour was to a carpet store, which took half an hour to 45 minutes; this could have been deleted from the itinerary as the products were extremely pricey and took away from the sightseeing time. The bus was comfortable, the driving was professional and the photo op times at various sites was adequate.

I recently booked the "Dubai Panorama: Full day with Burj Khalifa" tour and had an absolutely wonderful time. The itinerary is packed with highlights—from the cultural atmosphere of the Spice Souk and the Abra ride to the breathtaking views at the top of the Burj Khalifa. A special mention must go to our guide, Rahim. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts at every stop, but more importantly, he was polite, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire day. He really went out of his way to ensure everyone in the group was comfortable and enjoying themselves. If you’re looking to see the best of Dubai in one day, I highly recommend this tour, and if you get Rahim as your guide, you’re in great hands!

Here is a bigger and more aggressive version: Absolutely terrible experience with Grayline. This was not a real tour — it was a commission-based shopping trap. At almost every single stop, it was obvious that the company was more focused on earning commission than giving guests a proper sightseeing experience. We were taken to specific shops and pressured to look around and buy things, wasting valuable time that should have been spent exploring and learning. The guide barely focused on providing useful information and instead kept directing us toward places where they clearly benefit financially. It felt dishonest and unprofessional. When you book a tour, you expect quality service, good information, and a well-planned itinerary — not constant hidden sales tactics. I feel completely disappointed and misled. This company cares more about profit than customer satisfaction. I strongly do NOT recommend Grayline to anyone. If you want a genuine tour experience, stay away and choose another company.

Rizwan was a very helpful and friendly guide. He took great care to make me and another lady (who were the only ones on this trip) very comfortable. Was very patient and took pictures for me which is something I really appreciate.
