Very helpful staff. Interesting zoo experience, and the diving experience withe the sharks was one of a kind, but too much additional charges

Enjoyed the self guided tour. The Aquarium was the highlight. Best time is noonish as we went late afternoon the animals were not as active.

Enjoyed both Aquarium and Zoo. Wish we had come during feeding time. Most animals were docile and sleeping with exception of the otters, they made me laugh. The animal habitat were well taken care of. Viator is a service I use when ever I go to another country. I have been happy with their services.

The experience was extremely disappointing and nothing like what we were led to expect. It felt rushed and inadequate, and the overall quality was far below a reasonable standard. We expected a much better, more enjoyable experience, but instead left feeling let down and dissatisfied. This was not the level of service or experience we were expecting, and it has made us seriously question whether we would use this service again. I would not recommend it.

It was just transfers, and the staff was pleasnt and courteous. The Aquarium at the Dubai Mall was novel, even though we have had such experiences elsewhere before.

Great experience, but expensive for what it really is. You can see most of the aquarium from outside in the shopping mall!
