Droit d’entrée à Aquapark Costa Teguise

DEATH TRAP!!!! Do not waste your money.. This park is very outdated, the floors are a trip hazard all broken and very poor grounds. I visited the aqua park as a day out on my holiday and never again, we left within the first hour if being there, the park has no safety team, the life guards couldn't care less about the customers. One of my party dropped her glasses on of the slides and when raised this with the lifeguard at the bottom of the slide he just shrugged his shoulders and pulled a face. (We never did get them back). Also on the same slide there was a step which wasn't clearly signed which caused myslef to trip and have an injury, there was no posts from what I could see for a medical department.. Please avoid this park, its in serious needs of a renovated and staff that actually want to be there.

very fun and would recommend for a day out however the blue slide at the very end is dangerous and lifeguards do not warn you how deep it is. Also if you yelp help they do not! Aswell, recommend to bring shoes to walk around as the floor is lava. Overall, very fun would go again.

Would recommend wearing shoes everywhere, place was quite dirty for a water park. The water by one of the slides had a murky corner which worried me after landing in it. About 4 or 5 slides were closed, the lifeguards were miserable and would only let one person (out of us two) up the steps and on each slide at a time, even when there were two slides together! Disappointed as we had a lengthy travel to get there, did the whole park in around 20 minutes so was abit lost for the day. Food was mediocre, just what you’d expect after seeing the park. The only highlight for us was the photographers following us round grabbing great pics, they was the only people who cracked a smile and shone abit of happiness over there! The place had just had a strange vibe, a lot of the areas were just dead and closed off. The best slide was the rapid like one with a dingey, because we were most excited for a rapids ( we didn’t get to see!) Overall, was ok we had some fun but disappointed in what we paid for it, travelled for it and expected. Would expect a lot more of the slides to have been opened and to have been allowed to go on the slides next to each other.

The children had a great time and, to be fair, most of the staff were friendly. We were also grateful when the staff kindly allowed our children in without charging us. The park itself felt quite dated and could do with some maintenance and better cleanliness in places. We were also disappointed by the photography service. The photographers took some lovely family photos throughout the day, but it was never explained that receiving those photos digitally would cost around €40. That should have been made clear from the start. Unfortunately, the lasting memory of the day is an interaction we had when leaving. We had pre-booked a taxi, but there was confusion when taxis arrived and a member of staff appeared to be allocating them to a separate queue. When I tried to explain that we already had a taxi booked, I was spoken to in a way that I found rude, dismissive and unnecessarily patronising. I appreciate that customer-facing staff deal with difficult situations every day, but there is a line between being firm and speaking to people with basic respect. I was there with my wife and young children, and it was only because of that that I chose to disengage and walk away rather than continue an argument that was becoming increasingly heated. No customer should be left feeling that way at the end of what is supposed to be a family day out. It’s a shame, because most of the staff were pleasant and the kids genuinely enjoyed themselves. However, that final interaction overshadowed much of the goodwill that had been built up during the day.

Fantastic half day here. Great slides, plenty of pools and sunbeds. Half a day for 20 euros each was perfect for us and that was enough for a good night's sleep!!! Can't recommend this place enough.

The water park has a little car park and is very accessible with lots of disabled parking. Inside there are lots of different water slides to chose from and has a section for younger children. All the staff in the place are really nice and helpful. The only down side is that if you are buying food it’s very expensive.

It was fantastic and i had loads of fun and made great memories i would definitely recommend to anyone about this great place.

Decided to come here on our trip and we’re really glad we did! Purchased the afternoon pass which gives you three hours (more than enough time). I think €20 is really reasonable for the size of the park although a couple of slides were closed which was a little disappointing. There was plenty of loungers available - you can purchase a locker for €5 however it’s not really needed. Staff were all friendly and there was plenty to keep us entertained. We really enjoyed the two big pools they had to swim in. Would definitely reccomend for any age and families in particular
