Traditional boat ride - Definitely recommend
Had such a lovely experience on the dhow cruise in Doha! The whole experience was enjoyable and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. A special mention to Imraan, who was incredibly helpful and assisted us throughout — he really made the experience even better.
Would definitely recommend the dhow cruise to anyone visiting Doha. Such a beautiful way to take in the views and enjoy the city! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Book elsewhere!
We had booked the tour in the morning for 5:30 PM and received confirmation for it. 2 hours before the start, we were supposed to receive information regarding the activity and the meeting point. However, we did not receive this and went to the meeting point indicated by Tripadvisor on the internet. We were there 27 minutes early, but no one from the tour operator Al Furnas was present. At the marina office, we asked them to check with Al Furnas. The information received after a phone call was that the tour had been postponed to the next day due to only 3 bookings. Since that was our last day in Doha, that was out of the question. We complained to Al Furnas and received the response that the tour supposedly started at 5:00 PM. However, we had booked the tour for 5:30 PM and also had not received any information about it 2 hours prior. We therefore expected a full refund! Unfortunately, despite our complaint, Tripadvisor/Viator only transferred 10 euros to us. Therefore, I would never book a tour with Al Furnas again. We are also disappointed with Tripadvisor, as we described our concern in detail.

Terrible
The worst show experience ever. The guide was late to pick us up. The food was terrible. The boat was in a terrible state. There was no side attractions and we didn't even know the momental places we were cruising around. Just basically sat there in the heat with terrible food and no entertainment or proper guide as to what we were doing. I would advise them to either do better or cancel this altogether as it's not worth anyone's money. My worst experience in Doha so far.

Great Guide and informative Tour
During our short stopover in Doha, we took this half day tour of Doha and Losail. Our driver and guide, Asif, was excellent. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took us on detailed walking tour first of the Souq Waquif including the falcon souq and the main market. Asif provided drinking water through the tour. From there we then visited several other parts of Doha such Pearl and World Cup exhibitions, and a driving tour of Losail. Asif was great finding ideal photo opportunities.
Unfortunately, the dhow ride was cancelled and the tour of the museum of Qatar due to the death of the king and the period of mourning Qatar was observing. We can’t say enough good things about our guide who even turned up to take us the airport at 5.30 am for free!!

Terrible dinner
I had a very disappointing experience with the service. The dinner arrived cold, there were very few food options available, and no sugar-free soft drinks. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the cost. I do not recommend it.
