Had an amazing time on this cruise. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. We loved the busy itinerary but was all optional, leaving you with lots to do. Speical shoutout to our guide Quôc Hùng (Ryan) for making our stay so special :)
We did the 1 night / 2 day experience and had a great time! The staff was attentive, especially our butler, Ryan! Kelly and the guy who took us out for the cave tour was also great! Definitely a memorable experience!

We recently took a 2-day, 1-night cruise with Elite of the Seas across Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay, and it was unforgettable. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. I would highly recommend choosing this route over the traditional Ha Long Bay path; it is so much more peaceful and allows you to experience the region's pristine, untouched nature without the crowds. Our room was spotless and extremely cozy, the culinary experience was fantastic, and we were well-fed from start to finish! However, what really elevated this trip to the next level was the exceptional service. Every single crew member was thoughtful and meticulously attentive, seamlessly coordinating everything from our dining to our daily excursions like paddleboarding and kayaking. A special shoutout goes to our butler, Victor, and the manager, Tony. Their warm hospitality and dedication to making us feel at home truly set the standard for luxury service, not to mention the countless other staff members who worked hard behind the scenes. I cannot recommend this experience enough!

We have juat hab a 4 night cruise on the Elite of the Seas. A truly great experience. The trip was enhanced by our Butler Kevin who was available 24 hours a day to answer questions and assist us with anything we wanted. We will be back next year. Thanks Bill
