disappointed with the trip for what we paid . It rained all day so expected the trip to be cancelled but spent half day wasted.
Our tour guide, Mark was a rock star!! He was so kind, funny and super informative. He made our trip comfortable and fun for all. We were blessed with perfect weather. We enjoyed stops at Buko shop, local fruit vendors, a local meat market and many other items for sale here as well. We visited the countryside of Tagaytay and viewed the Taal volcano site. It was a beautiful and peaceful place. There were also souvenirs for purchase at reasonable prices. If you want to get out of the city and visit another province… this tour with Mark is a must do experience!
Adriane and Pearl were amazing….very knowledgeable about the Philippines history and culture. These two were some of the kindest people I’ve met. I highly recommend this tour….the weather didn’t cooperate, but Pearl still made it a forever memory for us.
Punctual, friendly and informative tour guides. Great stops and smooth ride. My only complaint, although out of the hands of the tour operator, is how distant we were from the volcano.
The views from Tagaytay Point are wonderful. Tour guide was very friendly but could work a little on more story telling. Most of the half day is spent travelling.
I have used Viator many times in lots of cities around the world but this was my first bad experience. The start time should have been 1pm, but the day before we got a message stating we would be picked up at 12noon. This would affect our morning plans so I asked to change to their morning tour - they never replied. After getting picked up we realised we were the first in chain of hotel pick ups. After an hour of driving around central Manila we got to the final pick up but a customer was late and they agree to wait for them. After 15 minutes of waiting, and realising that we would be on this minibus for hours to get to the destination and back, we decided to cut our losses and walk away. We didn’t want to spend our last day in the Philippines getting tired and annoyed on an uncomfortable minibus. The tour company sent an AI response to our complaint and that was that. I would not recommend this tour or tour company.

Comfortable travel to Tagaytay with a great driver. During the ride, our tour guides entertained us with history, fun facts and even some karaoke. You have to try the Buko pie. Also enjoyed trying the exotic fruits at a market stand.
My tour guide Yvonne was outstanding. I was the only one on the tour so she asked me about food I’ve tried in the Philippines. Then she made it more of a food tour! Driver was excellent. I was traveling solo on business and had limited time for a tour. This was perfect!
Had an amazing tour with Andrei today. He was an incredible guide — super friendly, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable about Philippine history and culture. Learned so much while exploring, and he made every stop interesting with all the stories and historical insights he shared. Highly recommend touring with him if you want to really appreciate the history behind the sites.
