Good trip, driver good, not too chatty. Good variety of stops great lunch. Minibus was new but very cramped seating for tall people

We were a group of 5 people who travelled from Melbourne and booked this tour as part of a 50th birthday celebration. We were supposed to have lunch at Oxenberry Farm wines but due to some unforeseen issue they had to change the venue at the last minute and took us to a cafe in a shopping centre next to Coles. When we should have been drinking wine and looking at a beautiful view, we were drinking water and looking out at a car park. We would have been happy to eat at any of the other wineries we visited, none of which were very busy but apparently this wasn't an option. Between the 5 of us we paid almost $1000 for this tour and while I understand that unexpected events make changes to the itinerary unavoidable at times, a Plan B more in line with what we thought we were paying for should have been found. We've contacted the tour company privately to express our disappointment and request some sort of compensation for the winery lunch we didn't receive but they keep saying they'll speak to management and no one ever gets back to us. The choice of lunch venue really impacted our enjoyment of the day, and for the company to then ignore our feedback is very unprofessional. Make sure you confirm your itinerary at the start of the day to avoid the same disappointment.

It was essentially a chauffeur service to locations with very little commentary. Ok price wise with one person but in hindsight with two or more a hire car would have been better, cheaper and saw places at our own pace. Liked the “Cube”, but again could have driven there. For a whole day trip would have been great to be provided with a 50 cent bottle of water but was ok as we brought our own.
