We never actually got there the directions sent us to the wrong place.
We were half an hour late setting off, which meant we missed our pre booked return trip taxi, perhaps if that had been advised that there may be a variance in timings it may be helpful to future travellers, apart from that the experience was lovely, the staff, pleasant, polite and helpful
We could not travel. The address they gave us, I asked the boats and it was not Alliance, they sent us to the Batou Mouche, my husband with a bad knee, with a cane, running to the Batou Mouche, to tell us that we had to return to the initial place. We lost the boat, the money, and the hope of taking the excursion. I never took anything out again. Very upset and disappointed Sandra Mason
Our trip was great.. even though we experienced problems with our phone carrier for the first 3 days. When we finally we able to correct the problem and access all of our stored documents and plans....we were able to relax and enjoy the rest of our trip.
It was a great experience. Just need to be precise on the boat name cause a lot of people were confused including myself and my friends
The cruise provided very little information regarding the location. The boat showed up right when our cruise said it started. They had to clean and take out garbage. It was raining so they did let us in another boat to wait which was nice but we started our cruise later than anticipated. The main course was ok. The starter and the dessert were so-so. All drinks cost extra—even water at $9 euro a bottle. No ‘un carafe d’eau’. Everyone was friendly and nice—happy to upsell you at every chance. Skip this dinner cruise and just book a cruise down the river with no food. You’ll be much happier if you do. This was very expensive for a meal that wasn’t great.
Everything was perfect👍 Punctuality, service, excellent meals, and magnificent views along the Seine. I recommend it😉
This whole dinner cruise was flawless from start to finish. Ambience was beautiful, food was amazing, and the waiter brought us out a little chocolate and cream dessert as a surprise to celebrate our 25th anniversary.
I doubt this will meet "TripAdvisor guidelines" but I must try. We were at the rendezvous point in plenty of time. I have gps-tagged, timestamped photos showing we were where we were supposed to be. There was no boat, no cruise, no dinner. How do we get our money back? Suggestions welcome.
Signage to the vessel is very poor, we spent 20mins trying to find it also several clients didn't arrive until 21:00 30 mins late for departure. Also I sent Viator a message to say it was my wife's 60th birthday but nothing happened on trip, although 2 other birthdays were celebrated, poor show on Viator.
