We tried to contact them to check pick up times on several occasions but no replies. Our hotel concierge phoned them...they said other guests were late for their pick-up and they were stuck in traffic. We had a taxi to the creekside (we managed to get there on time...) food was nothing special, the dancer who boarded the 'cruise' after the food was the best part of the evening! You only go up and down the same route several times! When the boat finally docked we were told to wait 'over there' for our transport back, which again did not materialise after waiting for 25 mins!!! We had a taxi back to the hotel at OUR expense! EXTREMELY disappointed as this was our 1st trip we booked in Dubai! Wouldn't recommend them to anyone! The name of boat was Al Sultan
It was fun and exiting with nice music.Ocean view was pleasant.my family and I enjoyed the cruise and lots more attractions on the cruise
