Paraty Tours were amazing. My wife and I booked a shuttle to take us from Copacabana to Angra dos Reis (and back again after some time on Ilha Grande) and they were prompt, communicative via WhatsApp and had a great rep waiting at Angra dos Reis in Yasmin who was there as we got off the bus to ensure we knew where to go/what to do in order to get to our destination (and avoid pushy taxi boat drivers!) I was torn between who to book for the shuttle service as there were a few options online, but 100% recommend Paraty for all visitors!

I booked the Rio-Angra transfer (round trip) in May. The outward transfer was delayed by more than 2 hours (report of traffic jam due to preparations for the Madonna show - it was a Wednesday) and the return transfer that was scheduled for 10:30 left around 11:10 because another boat was waiting to arrive. I took the 08:30 boat leaving Ilha Grande to arrive in time for the 10:30 transfer. If I had known that they were waiting for the boat to arrive, I could have left Ilha Grande later (I took the boat at the next time) and enjoyed the inn a little more. I spent almost 1h30 waiting at the pier because I thought the transfer left at 10:30 (as stated on the website and purchased).

Gostariamos apenas de comentar para a senhora que o transfer desde Angra sai 10:30am mas o unico ponto de recolhida nao é o cais, por tanto o horario é a partir das 10:30h, nossa equipe de transporte sempre entra em contato no dia previo para reconfirmar esses detalhes. Por outra parte, é importante informar que a travessia desde Ilha Grande para Santa Luzia em Angra pode durar de 30 a 45 minutos, entao náo é necessario sair as 08:30h desde Abraao na Ilha para pegar um carro que sai desde Angra a partir de 10:30h (Nossa orientacao é sempre pegar o barco que sai da Ilha Grande as 10am) . Lembramos tambem que na quarta feira que a senhora viajou era o feriado de 1 de maio, por tanto uma data bem especial com movimento diferente, e o retorno foi no dia 6 de maio, quando no meio tivemos o show da Madonna em Copacabana e toda a avenida Atlantica foi fechada , por esse motivo todos os veiculos indo ou vindo de lá tiveram algumas possiveis demoras, tanto nos dias previos como nos dias posteriores quando comecaram desmontar o palco. The van was spotless (looked brand new), and the motorist very responsible and friendly. All seats with seat belts.

Excellent service in all respects. The vans are new and comfortable. The drivers are professional and attentive. We made the reservation via WhatsApp and it all worked out. The vans arrived at the agreed time. I recommend Enterprise!!
