Nous lancerons les choses au centre-ville à Kane’s Donuts dans le quartier financier, en dégustant quelques-unes de leurs créations classiques avant de flâner le long du port et à travers le marché historique de Quincy. De là, nous nous dirigerons vers le Boston Public Market pour des beignets au cidre frais et chauds qui capturent les saveurs de la Nouvelle-Angleterre. Ensuite, nous dégusterons une sélection de beignets artisanaux préparés chaque jour par des boulangers locaux avant de nous rendre dans le North End, le quartier Italien apprécié de Boston. Notre dernière étape est la légendaire Bova’s Bakery, où nous terminerons avec un donut Boston de spécialité qui vaut chaque bouchée. Venez affamés, cette visite à pied est un mélange parfait d'histoire, de culture et de saveur irrésistible.

Bova's Bakery est l'une des plus anciennes et des meilleures boulangeries du North End. Ici, nous allons goûter à un beignet de Boston vraiment unique, la crème de Boston. C'est vraiment incroyable. Vous allez adorer.
Le North End de Boston ou parfois appelé "Little Italy" est l'un des quartiers les plus anciens de Boston. Nous traverserons ce quartier en route vers notre troisième arrêt de la tournée. En chemin, nous parlerons de l'histoire du quartier et répondrons à toutes les questions concernant les différents commerces en cours de route.

Let’s start this off with the weather was very hot. We didn’t anticipate this level of heat when we made the reservation. It’s not conducive to indulging in sugary donuts. As for value, there were not as many samplings/secret eateries as I expected. It worked out for me because of the weather. Donuts were delicious. Every one of them. Our tour guide, Bob, was very knowledgeable and witty, however he had injured himself on his way to the meet up and the poor man conducted the tour as his eye swelled shut. He looked like he came out of boxing ring. Our hearts went out to him on his very off day. He is quite the trooper and did his level best to keep his enthusiasm up in spite of the situation. I would love to know him on a good day. Autumn would be superb. And bring a bottle of water. Maybe skip this one in the summer.

Our tour was on a Monday, and we were the only couple that signed up, so it was basically a private tour! Stephanie was amazing, sharing all the fun facts and making the tour a great time. Highly recommend!
