It is a worthwhile option for a family visit, the bus trip back was a bit too boring, and could have been interspersed with some more history or geology facts that may interest some of the public (I am).
Although a long day, it's well worth it. Chiara was excellent & very knowledgeable regarding all the various areas en route. Her passion for this particular trip was easily contagious. We had the best weather, an amazing knowledgeable guide, and a very skilled driver especially on the hairpin turns! I highly recommend this trip. If you cant decide, this is the one!
This tour gave us an opportunity to travel to the Dolomites and admire it’s beauty. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained the importance of everything we were experiencing. The opportunity to take the cable car to the top of the mountain was an unforgettable experience.
The scenery was amazing. Our guide was friendly and entertaining. I would definitely do this again — it was a highlight of our trip in northern Italy.
Efficient punctual and well worth the money. Guide and driver were professional and knowledgeable felt well informed and safe at all times.
Excellent experience Had the opportunity to sample the local area The guide and the bus driver were both fantastic The scenery was both beautiful and informative
Stunningly beautiful location. Definitely take the funicular to the top the views are worth it. The coach trip itself if your slightly travel sickness ginger tablet be prepared but the tour operator was great and the driver was kind etc. overall a great trip
It’s a well run tour with good commentary on bus , spectacular scenery and breathtaking views excellent options to eat in dolomites and use cable car at extra cost do not miss this
Everything we visited was excellent, 4 valleys, very well explained and very enjoyable. The landscape is a unique thing
Absolute scam . Got a WhatsApp message afternoon before saying that the pick up time had changed from 8am to 7am and what was going to be a bus was now a taxi. Apparently the taxi would take us to the bus. After telling them that this was no do able and I wanted a refund the messages I got back were quite aggressive and in a tone that suggested it was all our problem and they weee trying to help. Apparently there was a problem with the bus but looking on here it seems they do the “taxi from Verona trick” a lot. Managed to get our money back and luck escape I think
Hi Dear, We were genuinely surprised to read your review, especially your comments about "quite aggressive" and the "taxi trick." We want to explain that the initial 25-minute taxi ride was a necessary transfer to ensure a smooth start to your 10-hour bus excursion to the Dolomites. Short minivan or taxi transfers like this are a very common logistical solution in the tourism industry globally, designed to get you to the main departure point efficiently. We're struggling to understand why this specific aspect became such a significant issue. We acknowledge that the change in departure time was inconvenient, and we proactively offered and processed a full refund to address that specific concern. This review unfortunately paints a picture of a largely negative or unhelpful experience, which doesn't reflect the effort we put in to guarantee your trip. We kindly request that you consider revising your review, as it has a significant negative impact on our business.
