Fantastic tour, good information about pickup and time from our guide, our guide Erando made the journey to and from the mountain fun and he was great at keeping track and listening to the people he was with, the view was breathtaking and we got to meet a lot of great people, I highly recommend it, the hike up the mountain is hard but worth it
The tour itself was fine but the guide (Erando) was the worst ever - the whole time he was making racist, sexist comments or jokes, many based on the stereotypes of each participants country. Terrible.
DeSi was super, we enjoyed trip, was nice and beautifull, music in the bus the best, short and clear instruction to pick up

The tour guide Erando was great! He shared information about the history of Albania, gave us recommendations for good restaurants, and was very friendly! The view of the lake was stunning! Definitely worth it! The only downside is that the van was very old and the air con wasn’t working properly which made the ride back a bit uncomfortable in the heat! And with the bumpy roads, something in the top of the van fell off inside which could’ve hurt someone but thankfully it didn’t hit anyone. The company should provide safer vehicles for both the guide and the passengers. Otherwise, everything else was great! Also, keep in mind that swimming isn’t guaranteed as it depends on what the majority wants!

The trip was simply amazing, and our tour guide Desi was also fantastic! The jokes flowed all day, and with humor, he conveyed the information to us. We particularly appreciated the punctuality. We can only recommend it to everyone!
Excellent experience. My only complaint was that the AC on the minibus was lacking. So if you come on a hot day definitely bring some cold water. The driver was safe and the tour guide was excellent. Engaged enough with the grout, but did not overwhelm us with constant dialogue. The hike is best described as moderate-strenuous. The pitch on the trail up is very steep. The restaurant was decent. We spent about €40 for two entrees and three drinks (water and lemon soda). The break was welcome after the taxing hike up. Also keep in mind that infrastructure is limited, so consider bringing napkins/baby wipes in case some small bathrooms run out of toilet paper. The view was amazing. We don’t do social media, but if you do, it’s a great pic for your page. All in all, we highly recommend this tour.

Extremely disappointing experience. The company changed the departure time from what was communicated during the booking process. Despite this inconvenience, we managed to arrive at the meeting point about 40 minutes early compared to the originally scheduled time and arrived only 5 minutes late compared to the new time. Throughout the journey, we stayed in contact with the organization, even sending photographs of our location to prove that we were on our way. Despite being fully aware of the situation, they decided to leave without waiting for us, literally leaving us stranded. The most serious thing is that, although the error was related to their change of schedule, they refused to grant any refund or alternative solution. Customer service was unhelpful, there was poor organization, and a total lack of attention towards customers. I do not recommend this company, and I will definitely not book with them again.
