They should have clarified somewhere in the description that the tour is not to the summit but only to a midway point. Really disappointed at not being able to go to summit which is what we wanted.
We regret the client’s misunderstanding but would like to clarify that: The tour description clearly states that this is a hiking experience to a midway point, not to the summit. The exact wording mentions the approximate altitude and distance, as well as the fact that this experience is designed for beginner to intermediate hikers. When the client completed the responsibility and health waiver, this information was reiterated, and no summit-level technical requirements were listed, because this tour does not include the summit ascent. Additionally, our sales team personally contacted the guest prior to the tour to review the details and again clarified that this experience does not reach the summit. This was acknowledged by the guest at the time. We offer a different tour specifically designed for reaching the summit, which is listed under another name and has a higher price due to the technical difficulty, duration, and certified high-mountain guides required. This distinction is visible both on our platform and during the booking process. We are sorry for the guest's disappointment, but we are confident that the tour delivered was exactly what was advertised and communicated at every stage.
It was an incredible experience. My driver and guide were excellent professionals. Most importantly, Aaron (my guide) transmitted calmness, patience and security. I felt safe every step of the way and took mini-lessons for my next adventure. Everything was taken care of, all I had to do was move my feet.

We left Puebla at 6 am and began the trek at 7:38. It starts through beautiful pine forests and gets progressively tougher as the elevation increases. The toughest part for me was the big boulders then the going gets better just before the actual summit. I was expecting it to be much harder to breathe as we got closer to the top but that wasn’t the case. There was a lot of very happy people at the top. It was doable for a ‘late in the sixties ‘ couple in good physical condition. Our guide Aaron from Unlimited was fantastic! This was a big test for me as I am recovering from a lung condition. Unlimited was great in providing us with packs, poles, ( a must for this trek!) hats and gloves. I wore a T-shirt a long sleeve a windbreaker and light weight down jacket and needed them all at the top. There was a bit of ice in sections close to the top. We were provided lunch and tea. Waiting for us in the car was a cooler filled with cold drinks. That beer never tasted better!!! Do this hike but don’t expect it to be easy!

I had too much fun, I loved the view I saw and explored, it was a good activity to connect with nature and with my friends who accompanied me, plus they attended me super well and explained everything in detail

We had a great time with Rodrigo. The hike was just the right amount of challenging. Nice views and good and comfortable transportation. Would recommend if you are in Puebla and want to get out in nature!
