What an amazing tour with a great knowledgeable guide. Doug took excellent care of us on this outing. It was amazing to be able to visit such different waterfalls in short proximity to one another. As this was our first trip to Oregon, this tour was absolutely a great way to go. No driving, just relaxing and taking in the views. Some hiking was involved, so wear hiking boots!
This is perfect 1/2 day tour. All the stops were perfect. Amazing falls. Zach was awesome tour guide.
We loved this trip. The best part was they pick us up at hotel so we didn't have to find the trails or drive up the often narrow roads and fight little parking available. Doug was our guide and one of the most knowledgeable. He told many historic stories of the lad around us. Perfect for this jobí
It takes you to some very beautiful waterfalls & the surroundings & Zach our guide was knowledgeable & fun.
Our guide was wonderful, funny and Informative. The falls we awesomely beautiful as were the sites on general.
My family really enjoyed the waterfall tour with Branden. It was wonderful to be able to view and get close to the waterfalls. Our guide kept us informed on why the trees looked a certain way and the history of how the roads were the way they were. Beautiful scenery.
We absolutely LOVED our tour of the waterfalls! The tour takes you to breathtakingly gorgeous waterfalls. A couple of them require pretty intense walks up or down to get to them. While we loved the tour, we were extremely disappointed that our tour guide rushed the entire experience. Every waterfall had a description and timeline set when we booked this tour, but he ended every single one early. We were scheduled to be at Multnomah for an hour and he only gave us 40 minutes. By the time we walked up to the bridge we had about 10 minutes to actually enjoy it before having to rush back. I questioned the timing because we really wanted to go to the gift shop and restaurant but with only 40 minutes we couldn’t. Every fall time was cut short. We arrived back to our car at 1:30pm when the tour was scheduled to end at 3pm. We feel it was beautiful but we were rushed and and feel robbed of the full experience.
This was an excellent tour, no looking for a parking space, no worry about directions, easy to hear the best trail to use to see the falls. The tour guide obviously loves his city, and has lots of insights on the area of the falls, and can answer any additional questions on the area.

The journey was perfectly comfortable. However, while we were on the trip, a another person in our group was seriously injured. We were a little confused about how that was being handled, and it seemed as though the driver didn’t even have a first aid kit to give her an ice pack. Now, that being said, we don’t necessarily know what was going on all of the time, but the other people on the bus gave her Advil and went and got her an ice pack so that was a little bit confusing. The people on our trip ended up, calling an Uber to go back to the location where we started the tour to pick up their car and to get medical support. Maybe the guide goal was to remain calm so that we would not all be nervous about what was going on, but it just felt like maybe he needed a little more support in handling that. Also, he did not have a headset on or any kind of mic and with the noise from the highway, it was really hard to hear all the interesting information that he was giving us about the land and the waterfalls. Overall, the trip was amazing and we thought that he was a great guide it just felt almost like the company hadn’t set him up for success with the things that he might need
It was a nice experience. Rich is so nice. I had fun in the tour. And also the views were beautiful.
