Vous récupérerez tout le nécessaire pour l'excursion à notre agence Instazione Servizi Turistici, puis vous prendrez le bus pour le Vésuve devant la gare.
Une fois arrivé au sommet, vous passerez le portillon d'entrée grâce au billet d'accès coupe-file que nous vous avons remis. Vous y visiterez le cratère du volcan et écouterez l'audioguide.
À la fin de la visite, vous prendrez le bus pour retourner à Naples depuis l'entrée du parc national.
Le bus vous ramènera au point de départ, à Naples.

Seamless transportation. Hike was challenging but worth the hike up for all the views. Audio guide was a nice distraction from the hike but well informative
Whole experience was 10/10. We were right on time with everything! Staff were super friendly, they even gave us a call to make sure we didn’t get lost and knew exactly where the meet up point was. Bus ride was quick to the mountain. They take you about half way and then we climbed up 40mins to 1hr up the mountain! You are able to climb up at your own pase as long as you make it back on time to depart. Had lots of time for pictures! Views we’re incredible, super cool experience
This was the highlight of our cruise. While it was steep to get up to the top (I’m 66 having cancer treatments) we took many breaks as did others but it was worth it. Also there are 2 places at the top for drinks and souvenirs which we didn’t expect. Going down much easier. Highly recommend and very affordable.
We booked this trip as we were too late to find our own tickets. It was a smooth transfer from Napoli Centrale station, and we were given plenty of time at Vesuvius (c. 2 hours) before the return journey.
The excursion was good, but the audio guide did not work at Vesuvius. There are not enough trash cans at Vesuvius. There is nothing at any of the stops above.

The trip to Vesuvius was quite nice. However, we only had 1,5 hours to climb the crater and come back, which was quite short - we expected at least 2 hours. At the point I made a reservation for this trip, its duration was listed as 4-5 hours, but in the end we were back in Napoli at 12:30 (started past 9 AM). Also, the audioguide wasn't included in the price, we had to pay when downloading it, and it didn't work anyway because of the bad reception on Vesuvius.

Reception on Vesuvius is notoriously limited, which can unfortunately affect the app's performance — it's something we actively flag to guests in advance, and we regret that this wasn't communicated clearly enough in your case. Walk very crowded. Distance shorter than I expected. It was important to me to get as close to and onto Vesuvius as I could as I have long been fascinated by it.
Do not venture out if you are not in shape because it is a tough climb: 150 meters of elevation over 1.5 km
40 minutes late departure. Guide delayed by servicing people from another trip and waiting for people who showed up late. Less time on sight. Information is insufficient.

In this case, the delay was caused by our guide wrapping up with a previous group and waiting for a few late arrivals, which occasionally happens in a busy touring schedule.
