I highly recommend the experience as well as this company. The tour is amazing, unforgettable. For natural beauty, that is obvious. However, I want to emphasize that this company leaves everything better, with an extremely professional and attentive service. If you are still lucky to have Paul, Peter and Louis as crew members, I think the experience will be even better, given the mastery with which you perform your work. Their treatment is attentive and competent, attentive to every detail, with clear explanations and remarkable good mood. Finally, through these excellent employees, the company deliver an incredible moment, of which we have nothing to regret and only remember with appreciation always.

So not massively impressed with this experience. Specifically booked this given the catering to infants aged 0 and above, I wouldn't recommend bringing a child that young. The buggy etc got on the boat easily and there was space for it to stay upright at the back of rhe boat. The staff at the marina and on the boat were really nice and pleasant. The boat host was also eager to encourage people to go to.the front of the boat in the caves and take pictures. The boat also has a toilet which is good. Where this experience fails is the boat travels very fast and with the wind our wee guy found it all very distressing. The tour guide also didn't have a microphone so I couldn't hear anything he had to say but couldn't sit at the front where he was due to no shade, there was ample shade at the back so the tour guide being mic'd up would have been useful. As previous reviews say its basically a 30 min boat sprint to get to dip in and out of a few caves which was nice enough but not worth 90 euros. There was no swimming as advertised. And the maritime police boarded the boat at one point which was mildly distressing and took 15/20 mins which im pretty sure lead to the driver gunning it to.get nack within time. The company should not be advertising as suitable for children younger than 2 or 3 imo.

We must say that we take infants and also small babies all the time, and have had few complaints about it not being suitable for them, in fact families tend to enjoy it. Regarding the microphone, the crew generally does use it, but unfortunately we have had some technical issues, which we are hoping to resolve as soon as possible, to avoid any issues like the ones you mentioned. The swim stop is advertised as being dependent on sea conditions and is always up to discretion of the captain. Thank you for sharing your opinion, and we will take your concerns into consideration. I took this tour with my husband and friends. The Catamaran was large and made for a smooth adventure on the water. Our guides were very friendly and provided lots of history and local knowledge of the areas we visited. The captain was able to get us into the caves approaching Benagil as well as a great view of Benagil Caves. It was a very picturesque tour. The ride on the water to the caves was a treat - getting to see smaller caves, coves, beaches and villages along the way! I would definitely recommend this tour.

The tour was cancelled after everyone was waiting 20 min then get down the docks to the boat only to find out there was an issue with the boat and everyone told to leave! Wanted guests to rebook another day but no guarantee the service would be available.
Dear customer We apologize for the inconvenience caused, we understand that it was very disappointing. Although we must say that the tour was cancelled due to an unforeseen mechanical issue. The captains were trying to solve the situation on the spot, which caused the initial delay, but ultimately it was unable to operate reliably, so we were forced to cancel the tour. No guarantee was given regarding the boat being fixed the following day, because as you can imagine, some mechanical issues are not solvable right away, and we believe it is preferable to be honest and inform our customers about the risks. One of the newest and best catamaran in the entire fleet. Captain was skilled. Commentary’s from crew excellent. Price awesome. Caves are spectacular. When the captains sails his cat into the caves, you will be amazed.

This was not what we expected at all :( Not worth the money we paid. It’s a one hour ride to the caves, and one hour back. You are at the caves for 15/20 minutes. They are beautiful, however not worth the 2.5 hr boat trip Would be much better to go from Carvoeiro. Much shorter The unfortunate part about being on this boat was there was no ambiance. No vibe. No music playing no waters to offer anybody if they were getting sick. It could be so much better for the guys who own this company to change it up a little bit. Maybe play some Portuguese music as we’re driving there for an hour and there’s people getting really seasick around you. Dead silence doesn’t help. And you are on top of each other in your seats. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed :((((

Fun day, weather was a little choppy but still had fun nearly fell in the sea.... All in all fun few hours... Must do when the sea is calm
