Dégustation Pompéi Tour se déroule tous les jours de 11h30 à 16h00 et est un voyage sensoriel dans le monde du Bosco DE Médicis. C'est plus qu'une dégustation de vin : c'est un chemin à travers l'histoire, à la découverte du domaine, de sa production unique, et de son lien profond avec la terre de Pompéi. Cette expérience permet aux clients d'explorer les racines des anciennes traditions viticoles, y compris notre renouveau de la production de vin d'amphore romaine, tout comme il y a 2000 ans. La visite comprend : Visite de la ferme du XVIIIe siècle Promenade dans le vignoble expérimental Arrêt à la nécropole de 79 après JC Exploration de la salle de vinification Visite de la salle de raffinage avec barils en bois et amphores Une dégustation guidée de vin accompagnée d'un déjeuner typiquement napolitain.

La visite est un voyage sensoriel à travers le domaine du Bosco DE Médicis, où se rencontrent histoire, tradition et vin. Plus qu'une simple dégustation, c'est une véritable immersion dans la culture de Pompéi : les hôtes visiteront la ferme du XVIIIe siècle, se promèneront dans le vignoble expérimental, exploreront la Nécropole de 79 après JC, et découvriront les salles de vinification et d'affinage avec barriques et amphores, où nous produisons encore des vins selon les techniques romaines antiques. L’expérience comprend un déjeuner typiquement napolitain, une célébration des saveurs authentiques de la région accompagnées de nos vins. Menu Entrée : Salami napolitain, jambon cru local, mozzarella de buffle de Campanie, provolone del monaco à la confiture, traditionnelle aubergine parmigiana, timbale de pâtes frites, gateau de pommes de terre Premier cours : Raviolo de Grand-Mère Emiddia Deuxième plat : Entrecôte avec accompagnements de saison Dessert Vins : 5 Vins + 1 Vin mousseux

We took our two families with 4 teenage kids to the vineyard lunch with wine pairings. Alessandro the sommelier was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the process to take wine and ship wine to the US was seamless. A beautiful courtyard covered in grape vines, the ambiance, wine, food and terrific service will be a core memory for many years for our families.

Recently spent a lovely afternoon at the vineyard. We didn’t have a reservation, but they still welcomed us with great hospitality and happily found us a place. We enjoyed a cozy tour through the vineyard led by the enthusiastic Giuseppe, followed by a wine tasting with excellent wines beautifully explained by Alessandro. The food was also fantastic. Truly a place we would highly recommend!

It way amazing! Anthony, Roberto, and Christian made the experience absolutely wonderful. This is our second time and each time we have left very happy and satisfied with our experience. Roberto made us laugh and gave us great history of the winery. Anthony was a brilliant sommelier with particular knowledge that brought so much joy to the wine.
