Ce n'est pas seulement une dégustation, c'est un passage dans les coulisses de l'âme de la viticulture kéfalonienne. Alors que beaucoup apprécient le vin de l’île, peu comprennent le voyage qu’il faut faire des pentes accidentées de la zone Robola à notre cave. Ce qui rend cette expérience vraiment unique, c'est l'ampleur de la découverte. Vous entrerez dans les coulisses de notre production pour voir notre métier de visu avant de vous asseoir à une masterclass de 7 étiquettes distinctes. Cela inclut nos bouteilles « d'initiés » les plus rares : le Old Vines Robola, nos Vostilidi vieillis en petits lots de chêne et notre vin Orange contact avec la peau – des variétés et des styles que vous ne trouverez tout simplement pas chez un caviste typique. Nous croyons que le vin est une conversation, alors nous associons ces rares versets avec des fromages locaux, notre huile d'olive vierge extra cultivée dans le domaine et du pain au levain fraîchement cuit. C'est l'immersion la plus complète, éducative et délicieuse dans les saveurs de la Céphalonie disponible aujourd'hui.

This is a really great place to visit. George was very informative and knowledgeable. The bread and olive oil was delicious and the local cheeses were superb. We tasted all seven wines that Sarris produced and all were very tasty. All in all a great way to spend a couple of hours. We did the more well known Barola winery some years ago and the Sarris was better than that one.
Sarris is a stunning winery, in a beautiful location. George, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the process and the wines. We had a tour round the vines and the bottling process. Then the tasting was wonderful, we enjoyed every wine, paired with delicious local cheeses, bread and the olive oil made by Sarris. Throughly recommend.
Had a fascinating afternoon and learned a lot about wine and wine making. The host, George, was very knowledgeable and kept my interest throughout.
Absolutely perfect! We arrived at 11am and were greeted by George who immediately sat us at a beautiful table in the shade with a stunning view. After some refreshing glasses of water we were taken on a fascinating tour of the winery (George is one of the winemakers so was very knowledgeable) and met all 3 resident cats which the family rescued as strays and gave them a home and love. We then sat back down to taste 6 different wines (they were all fabulous but we settled on 3 to bring home) with accompanying cheese, bread, olive oil etc - just perfect. Before we knew it it was 1pm!

Location wonderful with nearby sea views. Wines extremely good & represents the region well. Snacks great. George was fantastic! Great knowledge of Sarris and Global wines. A great experience!

Brief (about 2-hours) but excellent experience. Our Guide, George, provided a great history of the winery, a brief tour of the facility, a primer on the wine making process to include Greek traditions and laws pertaining to making Greek wines. We tasted whites, a rose, and a red wine all from the Sarris’s Kefalonian vineyards.
