Passez par Val di Fassa, avec un arrêt café à Moena, un village pittoresque entouré de montagnes. plus : nous prenons un téléphérique passionnant, afin d'atteindre le sommet de la montagne. Ici, il y a beaucoup de bons rifugio (un refuge de montagne qui offre généralement une nourriture traditionnelle), où vous pourrez déguster les plats locaux comme le canederli, la polenta aux champignons. Dans l'après-midi, vous rejoindrez quelques charmants petits villages avant de revenir. Sinon, nous pouvons visiter Madonna di Campiglio et sa vallée, considérée comme la perle de toutes les Dolomites. L'itinéraire sera conçu en fonction des conditions météorologiques et de la saison.

I went back and forth w owner/manager Virginia on multiple occasions. Hired RJ for 3 different tours, 1 food tour, ! private transfer and 1 private all day Dolomites tour. The major issue came with the Dolomites tour. On website it clearly states English speaking driver and also in communication with Virginia , we didnt go to all the places discussed and agreed upon. When driver picked us up--her first words were NO ENGLISH, which made for a long very difficult day trying to type words in phone and her calling a friend trying to understand what we said. Along with the fact the driver who supposedly vacationed there with her family, stopped in one of the main towns advertised and asked where the town was--when we were in the center of town......$800 Euros for the day and it was a complete waste of time. When I addressed with owner Virginia and asked for a "partial" refund since she spoke No English and we had no idea where we were or learned anything about the Dolomites--Her response in writing was --She normally speaks English...... Should have used another company and owner refused even partial refund.
Your dishonesty does you no credit. You came on vacation to Verona for 4 days with your husband, booking private tours with us at the lowest possible price by claiming to be a travel agent. You even gave a tip to our driver, who spent 9 hours with you in the Dolomites, and paid for his lunch! Good thing he wasn’t able to speak much… and then, as soon as you got home, you requested a full chargeback through your credit card, claiming you hadn’t taken any tours! That is truly dishonest behavior. This is not how professionals work. Just trying desperately to get a free vacation. We have already reported your actions as fraud to all our partners. In April my husband and I took part in the Dolomites tour, what can I say? It was an experience that was nothing short of fantastic and exciting. Our driver Emanuela was professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this agency, even the owners worked hard to allow us maximum enjoyment and relaxation.
This tour was just perfect. Our guide was super friendly and explained everything in a really nice way. The places we visited were stunning. I couldn’t stop taking pictures! The restaurant they suggested was also great: very local, tasty food, and a cozy atmosphere. I really recommend it if you want to enjoy the beauty of the Dolomites.

I decided to book with my husband a tour of the Dolomites with the agency Romeo and Juliet guide wine tours. We were accompanied to these wonderful places with a breathtaking view by the driver Emanuela, who was exceptional. The landscapes were beautiful and luckily it was also a beautiful day. We were really lucky to have found this driver and the owners of the agency. I highly recommend it!

The tour was very disappointing in that all the shops, restaurants and gondolas were closed because it was off season. I feel this should have been explained in advance. For the money we paid, all we got was 7 hours in a car to just get quick views of sites. Driver was wonderful but “tour” not worth the money or time. Definitely check what is available before booking.
i am very sorry about that. our tour offers a lot of stops along the way, admiring the nature and the landscape. cable cars can be open or closed due to the season but we never include them in our itinerary . you stoped at one of the most beautiful side of the dolomites: lake Carezza and all that area.. we did our best. usually clients love this itinerary. we are very sorry for this issue . take care and we wish you all the best
