The boat was over booked and we had to stand the whole trip. The ride wasn’t too rough but standing the whole way is torture.
We're so sorry to hear about the overbooking issue and the discomfort it caused. We appreciate your feedback and will work to prevent this from happening again.
We were not happy as it was raining hard and all our luggage was placed in the front of the boat which was open, they didn’t even put a tarpaulin over, when we arrived and unpacked all our clothes were soaked. The guys at the dock were excellent trying to keep everyone under cover and the luggage guys put tarpaulins over the bags on their carts but the boat guys didn’t care

Great transfer to get to our destination, booked in advance and was great fun. Very busy on board with other travellers but very well organised

Transfer was on time and went smoothly. Crew helped with bags also. They were flexible when I needed to charge our boat time as well.
