Explorez les superbes cascades d'Algar lors d'une visite au départ d'Albir ou de Benidorm. Profitez d'un transfert pratique à l'hôtel et détendez-vous en plongeant dans des piscines naturelles avec des ruisseaux doux. Votre voyage commencera par une prise en charge en autocar climatisé depuis l'un des quatre points d'Albir et de Benidorm. Une fois que tout le monde est à bord, le temps de trajet jusqu'à Algar est d'environ 35 à 40 minutes. À votre arrivée, vous disposerez de 3 heures de temps libre pour explorer les chutes et ses environs à votre rythme. Les chutes sont réparties sur plusieurs niveaux avec différents points où vous pouvez nager, une zone de plongée et de doux ruisseaux et piscines pour ceux qui recherchent un peu de répit après la chaleur du soleil de midi.

- Les fauteuils roulants manuels pliants peuvent être rangés dans la soute à bagages de l'autocar. Toutefois, le conducteur ne peut pas aider les passagers à l'embarquement et au débarquement en raison des réglementations en matière d'assurance
- Le code vestimentaire est chic et décontracté, il est recommandé de porter des chaussures de marche confortables
- Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite
- Des chaussures de plage/nage sont conseillées
- La nourriture et les boissons ne sont pas autorisées dans les chutes
- Tous les passagers doivent être convenablement habillés pour voyager avec au minimum un haut couvrant le torse et un short. Les vêtements transparents/en maille ne seront pas autorisés.
- Les cascades sont très fréquentées pendant les mois d'été

Steve was a great tour guide, gave a really great lunch recommendation. The entrance to the falls was smooth with the tour wristbands and it was beautiful. I would say you definitely need wetsuit boots if you want to go in the waterfall as it is very rocky.
Highly recommend the Algar Waterfalls Coach trip! We went today and walked 15 minutes from our hotel to the Gran Hotel Bali meeting point. We booked through GetYourGuide so there were only 4 meeting points, but were advised by our helpful coach that booking directly through Round Town Travel means there’s usually more pick up points to choose from, so I’d recommend looking at that. Our guide, Stuart, was very informative on the journey to the waterfalls, letting us know different facts. Stuart was clear on when and where we should meet up again and our driver, Gregory, did a great job too. Thank you so much!

The coach didn't arrive at the area of the hotel we were told but the tour guide; Steve, was excellent, very outgoing and pleasant, the coach ride was also comfortable and pleasant. The site itself was stunning but the fact that the picnic areas were closed hampered our enjoyment and experience, the only picnic area that was useable was one where you had to buy a drink first which we weren’t going to as we had our own.

My second time going to the waterfalls and it was lovely. Will was a great guide and Gregory the coach driver was very friendly. My only complaint would be that one of the waitresses in the cafe/bar was quite impatient and rude, I will not be going in there again should I visit Algar.
Taking water shoes with you is a A MUST!!! If you choose Poseidon Playa Hotel as your pick up destination..make sure you go to the PLAYA one, it is on the beach front…there are 2 Poseidon hotels…but the other is a 20 minute taxi ride away. A good steep 7-8 minute incline from the coach drop off to the entrance…gets the heart banging 🤣. The waterfalls were lovely..not particularly breathtaking but still a lovely couple of hours to spend there with a picnic and entering the water which in most parts was shallow (knee high) and child friendly with supervision. We arrived at around 11:30 and it was busy enough but not rammed. Good few but mainly short steps to climb (mainly made of rock but some made of grid metal) some pathways are uneven with tree roots poking out so be vigilant in your steps. There are toilet facilities (3 cubicles for the ladies) to get dressed in. Overall, a lovely half day out, our guide and driver were both lovely, competent, knowledgeable and very cheerful. In total we had 2.5 hrs at the falls which was plenty of time to explore,swim and visit the cafe. We were picked up at Posieden PLAYA hotel at 10:35 and dropped back at 3:30 all for around €22 each 🥳 WORTH EVERY PENNY
What a lovely guide called will!! He was very informative very friendly and also very funny . Thanks to the driver called Darling too , his name matches personality ! Great trip with the best experience I’ve had in a long time . 10/10
This is 3rd trip we have done with Round Town Travel to the waterfalls with Will he is very freindly, and helpful and answers any questions we had. Very informative about the places we went through. To get to the Waterfalls. Thankyou Will it was nice to you see again.
Absolute worst tour company. Avoid at all cost and go with another agency to book your travel tours. They will confirm a location and time of a meeting place and fail to mention that they will leave you unless you arrive 10 to 15 mins prior. If you are on time, to them that is late and they will leave immediately and without even showing the courtesy of waiting 30 seconds!! They don’t call or even make an attempt to contact you. They will disappear and take your money. Also, when you call them back, their defense is “we took a picture of the meeting place and you were a no show.” Really? You take one pic of a lousy section of the meeting place before the time provided and claim you and others were there? Where is their photo?? Read their reviews carefully and you will notice that this company has a reputation of providing the worst meeting time and instructions and just leaving you before you arrive on time. Why not mention to be there earlier?? Zero customer service and zero courtesy! Trust me. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go with a different travel tour agency.

We do provide photographic evidence which is clearly time-stamped as proof that we were at the time and place as stipulated on the ticket that you were provided with. It is not our responsibility to call passengers who do not have the common sense or courtesy to be on time, or indeed slightly early as were 14 other passengers on the day that you arrived late and missed your excursion. We fail to see, how your errors can be turned into our poor service.
