day trip to taroudant and tiout from Agadir white tour guide

It might be that our tour experience was one not typically provided by this operator, but our trip fell short of delivering a good day. The minibus and the those in control of it's advance preparation and appropriate trouble-free maintenance for the trip was poor. Whilst there was possibly an element of bad luck on the day, it was more about the operator's ability to effectively manage the situation that exacerbated a bad situation in to a even worse one. The issues:- - The first stop of the day should not be to fill the vehicle with fuel and to add pressure to tyres after picking up all the passengers, this should be done before picking up any passengers. - A puncture, whether bad luck or otherwise, should have been able to be quickly dealt with changing to a spare tyre, but when that one also had a puncture, then that makes for an unacceptable situation. - When the same wheel later receives a second puncture and the passengers are stranded a long way from anywhere, and there still wasn't a useable spare, then the already unacceptable situation becomes significantly worse. As a result, our day was greatly tarnished and ended three hours later than expected.

From being picked up by our tour guide we were told the day’s itinerary,first stop seeing the goats in the trees! brilliant.Then onto the sook where we saw local ladies crushing the argon nuts to make the oil.Then walked around the town.A hour on we went to a smaller town where Ali barbi and the Fourty Thieves was filmed we had lunch ,beautiful scenery.Then we went on a donkey trek that was an experience ha ha in a good way Our day trip was definitely worth it Our guide was lovely and helpful and full of knowledge.Great day out.

I had a wonderful day trip, full of culture, knowledge and experience. Really worth the price. The day consisted of: - Drove to Taroudant city first - Tour guide gave us so much knowledge about the culture and history of the places we visited and spoke excellent English - Stopped on the way to see goats climbing the argan trees - Stopped to see the old walls of Taroudant city - Visited an argan co-operative - Stopped in the central medina for some shopping time in the old market - Drove to the oasis town of Tiout - Had a tasty lunch consisting a plate of chicken Tagine and a plate of vegetable couscous on a hill top restaurant, with fantastic views overlooking the oasis town - Took a donkey ride down to the oasis town of Tiout (this is totally optional if you want it, costs 50 Dh, which I think is really worth it and help the local economy) - Saw the local wildlife of Tiout and a stone artisan at work - Drove back to Agadir by 6pm, full of wonderful memories, thank you Mohammed from Ste. We booked a lot of trips through Beach Tours! Hassan is the best! We did taradaunt, mini Sahara, Marrakesh, City Tour, Hammam and airport transfer to and from the airport. The office staff are friendly, polite and knowledgable. The tours are very good value for money and we seen sights we wouldn’t have seen on our own.
