The description was misleading. I was under the impression that it includes tickets to Pompei too. This is only "transport" to Pompei city centre. There is absolutely no reason to use this, you can just take a train for 4 euro.
TA conned me. What a mistake I made by buying tickets through TA. I wanted tickets to Pompeii… you snookered me with a RT group bus with a local company that provides hop on-hop off bus tours. All I got was RT Naples to Pompeii van ride, no tickets and a 2 hour wait in line to buy tickets. That left 1 and 1/2 hours to see the ruins. What a fiasco. As I said, TA conned me with a come-on that said I was getting a day trip to Pompeii. Nope — I got a really crummy bus RT to the entrance with no time to see the site. Caveat emptor — won’t be using TA again!

I regret not doing more research on this tour. I did not realize that the entrance fee was not included and this was just basically transportation to the location where they drop you off for several hours.

The bus process was easy- finding the departure point was no problem. A bit more problematic was finding the pick up spot. Just confirm this upon arrival. Certainly the most economical way to get to Pompeii. Bus was on time and comfortable.
Great choice for transportation to Pompeii Did sight on our own and just booked the transportation. Meeting times and places were clearly conveyed.

Easy way to get to pompeii on your own, bus drops and picks you up next to the information centre, information centre has tours you can access at only $40. Cheapest excursion yet
we were staying in Sorrento and it is easy to get to on the train,you come out the station and it is in front of you . you can get an english speaking guide who will go get your ticket for you and they will take you round and tell you& show you all the history

An interesting place not necessarily beautiful but surprising for its state of conservation 2000 years after the eruption of Vesuvius. On the other hand no explanation on the site and the plan is very summary to understand.....really a shame!

Very easy way to get to Pompeii from Naples when you want to do it on your own. Was a little hard to find the actual bus in the sea of all the other buses at the port so give yourself enough time and be sure to be back for the pick up time or you will be left behind!
