Itinéraire
La visite commence par une prise en charge à l'aéroport ou à votre hôtel, puis route vers Tiya Stelae. Cette excursion d'une journée au sud-ouest d'Addis-Abeba donne aux visiteurs la possibilité de visiter des sites archéologiques ainsi que l'église intacte taillée dans le roc d'Adadi Mariam. On croyait être construit le célèbre roi Lalibela.
Au site archéologique de Melka Kunture, nous avons la chance de voir (près de 2 millions d'années) des fossiles découverts d'âge préhistorique. Les outils en pierre de la région datent de 1,5 million d'années.
Adadi Maryam est facilement visitable en route vers Tiya, avec le site préhistorique de Melka Kunture, où un musée documente les nombreux fossiles importants et artefacts de l'âge de pierre qui y sont découverts.

There needed to be an itinerary change due to a security situation, so I can’t actually review the destinations as listed. Asmir, the guide, resourcefully put a interesting trip together last minute to avoid a lost day. He was a well-informed, interestimg, kind person. However, Infelt the company should have notified me of the problem sooner.
Only booked tour day before. Started an hour late. Then they tried to get to swap it to a city tour. I told them no and we set off on the adventure. My guide Asmir was very helpful and knew a lot about the places. As the roads are bad it takes 2.5 hrs to get there and same back but great to get out of the city.
No pick up waited 90 minutes and nobody turned up plus there was no operational phone number to ring
Was a very nice and relaxing trip. Everything was done without rush but on-time. Especially enjoyed seeing the countryside.
The tour was good but the vehicle used was run down and not air conditioned as promised hence we suffered through the heat and dust on the trip. We even had a flight tire which was fixed while we waited in the vehicle.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The guide, Gebu, was extremely knowledgeable. . Gebu made sure I was comfortable, we had wonderful conversation about the country, he was very smart, and the driver did an excellent job. Seeing the sites was a real education.
I felt safe to go so fare away from city. The rounds are bad but the driver was really good. The nature was fresh green.
Friendly, very considerate driver and tour guide. 2 rare historical sites. Long drive overall, providing some interesting insights into the countryside and rural livelihoods and lifestyle of Ethiopians outside the capital. All-inclusive service included water, snack and lunch.
The tour was amazing. Our guide, Biruk, and our driver, Geta, were amazing all the time. They took us to all the places described on the tour and they even stopped at any place we wanted to stop and take pictures. They are also kind and well know off the area. I would recommend this tour.
